I’ve always loved Penn Station and thought they were the best of all sandwich shops, however this location was not. The floor was sticky everywhere you walked, no greeting and no sense of urgency.

Absolutely the worst Penn Statuon experience I’ve ever had…. Was our second choice due to large crowds in restaurants nearby, so pretty obvious why this place wasn’t busy… Orders came out wrong, French fry order was ignored, and then they said it was our fault for not ordering correctly. Complete joke…

Put order in online for pick up at 7pm. Charged my card. Drove to store. Hand written note on door says they closed early at 5pm. No reason why. Couldnt get the food I ordered. Call the next morning. Nobody ever answers phone for hours. If you push 2 to leave message for management it just hangs up on you. So at the moment they've stolen about $20 bucks from me and have no way to get a hold of anyone for help. Probably the worst most unprofessional restraunt ever.Edit : still no reply. Still not answering calls. Still can't leave message. They still owe me $20. And look at the rest of these reviews?! This place needs to be shut down. After they give me my money back.

When I walk in the employees were sitting on their phones on the counter top. Just me walking in was an inconvenience…While they were making the food they were constantly texting on their phones and restaurant was dirty!!Our subs were wrong. The fries were so soggy.Horrible experience and do not recommend going to this location!

Why is this location still open? Dirty. Very unclean prep area. Afraid to pick up a germ from how un kept it was? Raw chicken hanging on griddle, un cooked. Jus an uneasy, unpleasant feeling compared to years ago. Walked in, got a good look, walked out! Run!

We ordered carry out and it took 30 minutes because they had to thaw meat. When we got home the order was all wrong and the food quality was not up to even basic standards. It was unfortunate because i have been a loyal customer for some time now.

Kinda like a take what you can get type of workers whoever manages this place now definitely has a bad way of hiring people. Also definitely understaffed. Maybe pay people more and better workers will come .

Nothing looked as if it had been clean for weeks.Our sandwiches were hot but lacked ingredients. The fries were cold and soggy.We ( my sister and I) deciced we would not be going back to this location.Such a shame, we had been coming here for years.Even returned after one other time of deciding the place was filthy. This time is final.Clean the place up !!!It's a disgrace ?

Waaaay overpriced. It took 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and we were the only ones in store. After double checking order wrong size fry and forgot both cookies. Sloppy, slow, and extremely unorganized unprofessional service. Save $35 for 2 sandwiches, one medium fry, and maybe 2 cookies.
