On 10/06/2022 I went to this Penn Station location to get a Philly Cheesesteak with no mushrooms and regular fries and no drink.
What the issue I have with this order is that the person who was serving the food had no gloves throughout the whole process.
While I was getting my food I also noticed that one of the employees was in the back laying on there phone on top of boxes that were for food.
When I got my food It was $17.79.
I had to go across the street for a bit but when I came back around 7:36 I asked them to remake the sandwich.
I didn't touch the food I returned it with nothing touched.
When I went back and they were remaking the sandwich , I could tell they were saying rude things behind my back.
I will not be coming back to this location. For Penn Station in Louisville AGAIN.
I should not have to advocate for my food safety like this. Please look into this.

I got the pizza sandwich and it was really good! The cheese was melted, and there was a tiny bit of spice . Would go back if I have a chance.

Penn Station, in my opinion, has decreased slightly in quality since pre- covid. Prices have gone up. It is a lot to ask someone to pay about $20 for a sandwich with fries and a drink. It should be premium.

This Penn Station sucks and I will never go here again. The people in charge of this place are the worst people I have ever met. They tried to refuse to make my sandwich after I already placed an order and paid for it. On top of that, they try to ignore me when I try to show them my order confirmation and we're rude. Might as well just close this place.

Placed an order for dine in, and the restaurant was empty. Watched 3 separate customers come in after me and get their food before me. When i asked why, they said they misplaced my ticket and then made my food. I wouldnt be making a big deal out of waiting 30 min for my food, but i figured let me ask for a free cookie for the delay and ill leave in a better mood. They said they couldnt give me a cookie…lol that petty response is why im decided to give a petty review. Amanda Davis, just tell the staff its better to keep the customer happy than save a few cents on a cookie lol on Juneteenth no less

Terrible service. Constant scooting chairs on the floor, causing terrible noise while sweeping. Cussing from employees. Food was nothing but fair, if that.

Don’t plan an order 45 mins before they close. They won’t make it.

Penn Station sits in an odd space among restaurants. The sandwiches and fries were good and the staff was friendly. Even with a coupon, 2 small sandwiches, 1 medium fry, and 2 regular sodas were just under $30. For about the same price, I could get a lunch special at a Mexican restaurant before adding a tip, or I could go to any number of fast-food restaurants and spend less.
