Penn Station sits in an odd space among restaurants. The sandwiches and fries were good and the staff was friendly. Even with a coupon, 2 small sandwiches, 1 medium fry, and 2 regular sodas were just under $30. For about the same price, I could get a lunch special at a Mexican restaurant before adding a tip, or I could go to any number of fast-food restaurants and spend less.

I was disrespected. I had to call the police to get a refund. The door dasher was videoing the incident because the customer in front of me asked why the girl was handling food with her hair almost touching the food. I also concur I asked to speak to the manager. She reaked Marijuana and she had a Hoodia over her head. I asked her to fix my food bc the other girl is unsanitary. The Manger told me that the girl won't listen to her. So the girl took her hair out of a ponytail and swung it and put it back in a ponytail. I asked her not to touch my food. She went to the restroom and came back and said I washed my hands and proceeded to make my food.. Now the Doordasher intervenes and asked for the manager. The manager stated she didn't gaf about this job or what me or the door dasher has to say and she isn't responsible for other people's actions. The white girl apparently called me a black bi×$h and the manager said hold I'm you do know in black too right. Then they argued. It was bad. No gloves no hair nets or pulled back and video footage.Penn Station is a ghetto joke with high prices and no pride or code of ethics in their hiring process. I called corporate no response yet but that's not it. These companies will have to learn by the consequences of their actions.

This is the second time that I ordered a medium fry and the cup was not even full and the fries were terrible. You pay 5.00 for practically nothing. They need to step it up. For that kind of money you expect great fries and a lot of them. Not sure I'm going back there again.

Horrible, horrible customer service!!! You will never see me in that restaurant again!!! We went into the restaurant on Sunday at 8:15 we placed our order and stood in line waiting to pay for a while. When the girl rang up the order she gave my friend in front of me my total and gave me her total. When our food was ready she gave the lady that was after me her food. My friend in front of me got her order before the lady before her. When the lady 2 before me got her food she asked for sauce and the girl just walked away from her. The lady behind me asked for no bacon and got charged for bacon. She was upset and asked for a refund. When we got our food we went to set down to eat and the girl yelled at us multiple times that the lobby was closed and we couldn’t eat in the lobby. We told her that it was 835 and we still had plenty of time to eat our food because the door said that they closed at 9 PM. She told us that she asked us if we were dining in or carry out. She never asked us no such thing. She told us that if we did not leave they were calling the cops please check your cameras. You will see how they kept yelling at us across the counter to get out of the lobby, and threaten to call the cops on us. Never again will I ever deal with that place again. If you want to continue with a good business that girl needs to go because she has definitely ruined it for me and my family. I am in management and I know that is not the way to have customers treated. I am sure your first thought is it’s hard to keep help. But if you continue with that type of customer service, you won’t have a business to worry about to keep help.

Staff was rude. We spent about $50 to eat there, girl got our orders mixed up when paying. Never apologized, no thank you. The only words she could say after my meal was half eaten was that we had to leave as they were closing. Sign said we had another half hour. I hate to blame this generation.She was just disrespectful and outright rude.

Terrible customer service. Cashier refused to take my order because i wanted my red onions grilled. She said she wouldn't do it because it's policy. (I used to work there and did it all the time). I asked her to explain the why to the policy and she said she can't and to stop wasting her time.Another came from the back to add nothing to the conversation. I left. No food is worth that attitude and unfriendliness.
