Penn Station East Coast Subs

Let me just start by commending this establishment on being such a wonderful restaurant. I loved my customer service. I'm disabled and they cut my sandwich for me after I asked. Roger, Carrie and Isaac are extremely friendly. I'm going to keep coming back. This restaurant is the crown jewel of Shively. I'm extremely grateful to have had lunch here today. I had the grilled club on multi wheat. Mountain Dew because I want to go fast! lol Thank you Isaac for cutting my Sandwich. Thank you Carrie for being so nice! Thank you Roger for being an outstanding person to me and my assistant.

Worst penn station I've ever been to in my life the manager must hate her job. I ordered a Philly small fry and lemonade online it was not ready on time the manager handed me my lemonade with an attitude fried was hard and old so was the bread, steak was overcooked and most importantly I asked for some hot sauce or buffalo sauce and the manager a white lady heavy set gonna reply we don't have any without even trying to go look or mentioning a charge and I frequent penn station off westport alot. I will never come back to this location shut it down or hire new worker who actually want to provide great customer service for a paycheck..im truly disappointed

I am from Virginia, and I usually don't like eating Penn Station because the locations don't look nice. The sub is just blah, and customer service is usually just ok. This location was different. They had a clean store and great customer service. They care about three food and service that they provide. Will definitely be back next time I'm in KY.

Ordered the chicken Philly. It was pretty good but I really couldn't taste the banana peppers, that's usually what sets it off. The fries you see were at the bottom of the bag. There were some in the cup, but for me this was unsanitary.

Clerk made an up sale for promotion which I accepted. When I got my order the up sale was not included in my bag had to confirm with another clerk. Music over PA was entirely to loud and made it very difficult to hear clerk when placing order.

GET THOSE VEGGIES GRILLED! TRY THE BUFFALO GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH! Delicious, Healthy and YOU will LOVE IT!!!!

I’m assuming the cook and the lady that works maybe husband and wife not sure it looks like it’s their business. They carry it very well. Very friendly food was bomb. Steak n cheese . Clean restaurant. Not done eating but, hey so good I had to stop and do a review.

Need new staff wasn't lock the doors once I walk inn it's only 7:07pm then they only have 3 cookies like how many yall bake a day and why lock me Inn 12/02/24

I’m so disappointed…
We just literally sat there for 20 minutes, after our food was already done for them to try and run our card 5 times only for them to say we only can take cash right now because our system just went down… Now after we had placed orders and sat there waiting patiently for THEM to fix THEIR problem which COULD NOT be fixed, the RIGHT thing to do would be to just give people their food and then place signs on the door saying cash only but NO, all they said was sorry about that as everyone was leaving… BAD BUSINESS!!!!
