Penn Station East Coast Subs

Ordered the chicken Philly. It was pretty good but I really couldn't taste the banana peppers, that's usually what sets it off. The fries you see were at the bottom of the bag. There were some in the cup, but for me this was unsanitary.

Clerk made an up sale for promotion which I accepted. When I got my order the up sale was not included in my bag had to confirm with another clerk. Music over PA was entirely to loud and made it very difficult to hear clerk when placing order.

GET THOSE VEGGIES GRILLED! TRY THE BUFFALO GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH! Delicious, Healthy and YOU will LOVE IT!!!!

I’m assuming the cook and the lady that works maybe husband and wife not sure it looks like it’s their business. They carry it very well. Very friendly food was bomb. Steak n cheese . Clean restaurant. Not done eating but, hey so good I had to stop and do a review.

Need new staff wasn't lock the doors once I walk inn it's only 7:07pm then they only have 3 cookies like how many yall bake a day and why lock me Inn 12/02/24

I’m so disappointed…
We just literally sat there for 20 minutes, after our food was already done for them to try and run our card 5 times only for them to say we only can take cash right now because our system just went down… Now after we had placed orders and sat there waiting patiently for THEM to fix THEIR problem which COULD NOT be fixed, the RIGHT thing to do would be to just give people their food and then place signs on the door saying cash only but NO, all they said was sorry about that as everyone was leaving… BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Been waiting almost an hour . No online orders were sent to location so they are totally behind. Will never come here again. Parking is terrible at this location.

This by far the worst place u have ever come to big lady with the purple in her hair act like she was going to pass out after asking for my sandwich to be made over. By far the most rude person I ever encountered. She does not need to be in the front more like cleaning up. With her potty mouth. Making their whole company look bad and I love that place. I will be following up with corporate.

Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. I've eaten at this location several times and the food is always on point. The service is always very polite and friendly. Wish I could get that type of service at every location. 10/10 would recommend.

Today I ordered 2 steak sandwiches 1 with no mayo. The cashier was rude from the jump but when I got home I seen both sandwiches had mayo. I hate mayo so I called and let them know that there was mayo on both sandwiches. That’s when the manager called me a liar and told me she made them herself. She could assure me there was no mayo. Well guess when made it with mayo. She told me rudely I could bring it back and she will replace it. Do I drive back to the pin station. The manager made my sandwich before I got there. When I told her I was there for my food which was a hr later she picked up this bag of food that she made almost a hr ago and handed to me with the biggest attitude. Blow my mind because she was the one who messed up. Why would u make the food while I’m not there. I did not trust her and it was not fresh. She did apologize or anything. She treated me like I was wrong. I completely waisted my money, gas, and time. I will never ever go there again. And if the manager doesn’t like her job she should get a new job.

The customer service during the night shift sucks!!! They always say they close 15mins before closing time , I feel if you do not want to work please do not come to work.

Horrible service. Nasty, soggy fries clearly cooked in old grease. Entire staff were horrible, especially the manager. Not knocking fast food worker's, etc...
