Let me just start by commending this establishment on being such a wonderful restaurant. I loved my customer service. I'm disabled and they cut my sandwich for me after I asked. Roger, Carrie and Isaac are extremely friendly. I'm going to keep coming back. This restaurant is the crown jewel of Shively. I'm extremely grateful to have had lunch here today. I had the grilled club on multi wheat. Mountain Dew because I want to go fast! lol Thank you Isaac for cutting...
I am from Virginia, and I usually don't like eating Penn Station because the locations don't look nice. The sub is just blah, and customer service is usually just ok. This location was different. They had a clean store and great customer service. They care about three food and service that they provide. Will definitely be back next time I'm in KY.
Ordered the chicken Philly. It was pretty good but I really couldn't taste the banana peppers, that's usually what sets it off. The fries you see were at the bottom of the bag. There were some in the cup, but for me this was unsanitary.
