The food prices are comparable to Subway but you get much more food and better tasting food at Penn Station. Their Philly Steak is everything you could imagine a good steak sandwich being.

Walked in, went to wash up, was rudely told that the restroom was for paying customers only, walked next door to Jersey Mikes where I was able to use the facilities unmolested before ordering.

Past two experiences have been bad. Sandwich was made completely wrong and when I called about it I was told “I made that sandwich and I know I didn’t do that”. As my husband and I stand there looking at each other dumb founded that this guy is arguing about it and we are looking at this sandwich covered in mustard and mushrooms. Cole is the name I was given.

Walked in and was excited to get to enjoy some penn station since I hadn’t had it in a couple years. Immediately as I walk in with my siblings service dog, we are asked “are you sure she’s a service dog? I’ll need to see some paper work.” That’s not legal for one, and for two you can’t make assumptions because of your bias. Never will I eat at a penn station because of this interaction.

My husband and I have never been so happy leaving a Penn Station. We love the sandwiches but loved the service even more. The woman with purple short hair who took our order and checked on us (which has never happened to me before at a QS style place), was fantastic. I overheard she was helping from another location, and corporate did a great job choosing her for the job. She was awesome, so was the food.

The service was bad and the heavy set lady working was rude to all the customers and the food was not good at all also because the lady working wouldn't even acknowledge people that came in and were made to wait forever i saw at least 10 or more customers give up and leave upset
Came in 2 hours before closing time on a Sunday evening. Was told we are out of fries. Looks to me that the needed ingredients are there, the employees just didn’t want to do the job.

I love pennstation at times, though it can be hit or miss depending on who is working, I guess. My norm is a Philly cheesesteak with cheese and pizza sauce and a fry and sometimes a drink! When you have the right ppl in there, the food is excellent, but other times, and again, depending on the ppl, I have had a dry sandwich.

Bruh. Got a whole sandwich that's supposed to have all the fixings with only meat and cheese. This ain't the first time. Prices went up and I can't count on getting a complete sandwich.

This is what I got when I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with spicy mustard. There isn’t even any spicy mustard on it.
