I love penn station. Last time I went to order avocado on my sandwich they told me they’re not allowed to put avocado on it when it’s toasted. This has never been an issue before, but they offered to give me the avocado on the side & said I could add it myself. I agreed. When I got home I was shocked to find that the “avocado” they put “on the side” was actually a packet more like sauce than actual avocado :/ disappointing but I will be back of course

I love Penn Station even though I am fairly new to experiencing this restaurant. This and Clifton location is the best. However, today, my sandwich was soupy ? Now, I still enjoyed it ! But definitely needed napkins. Everyone is friendly, too.

This is my first time coming to this location, and I honestly wish it was closer. All three staff members were extremely friendly and brought our food out faster than other restaurants. While I was refilling my drink I overheard one worker say she would stay a little later if the foot traffic picked up, and that is what prompted this survey. You dont see alot of workers anywhere want to assist in that fashion. Granted they still deserve 5 stars prior to that comment but it did make me happy knowing that there are people who dont mind going the extra mile.

Ordered a monthly special Philly cheesesteak, the person taking my order asked if I wanted mustard, mayonnaise or pizza sauce. I said “I’M ALL GOOD” I guess that means I want all of the sauces on it, No clarification or anything asked, and now I’m stuck with a sandwich that no one in world would eat. This is after being ridiculed by the person taking my order for not knowing that the regular order was does not come with a medium fry. Very confusing experience that I have now wasted money on.

Staff very short and unfriendly. No one wearing hair nets/gloves. Staff playing inappropriate music for everyone to hear.

Staff is ridiculous at this location. Girl screamed out at 9:40 not taking nomore orders I have all this water back here. Keep in mind this location doesn't close until 10pm NOT 9:40 I'm a manager at a restaurant in this same shopping center and we take orders up to the very last minute. These 2 women do not need to be employed here I won't be back due to this.

The place was filthy dirty and had plates missing off of light switches. Filthy floors, dirty tables filthy counters. The drink station was awful.

The food prices are comparable to Subway but you get much more food and better tasting food at Penn Station. Their Philly Steak is everything you could imagine a good steak sandwich being.

Walked in, went to wash up, was rudely told that the restroom was for paying customers only, walked next door to Jersey Mikes where I was able to use the facilities unmolested before ordering.

Past two experiences have been bad. Sandwich was made completely wrong and when I called about it I was told “I made that sandwich and I know I didn’t do that”. As my husband and I stand there looking at each other dumb founded that this guy is arguing about it and we are looking at this sandwich covered in mustard and mushrooms. Cole is the name I was given.
