Denied a service animal and person with a disability (they even provided papers even though they weren't required to). The employees should be embarrassed as this is illegal. Apparently you don't have to have half a brain to make a sandwich.Like imagine being disabled and told you weren't allowed to eat somewhere, because somebody on a power trip decided a trained and certified animal that assists in keeping you alive isn't allowed in a resturaunt they're getting paid hourly to work at. Congrats employee of the year! Not only did you discriminate against a disabled person, you just earned a possible lawsuit."2. If a person is accompanied by an assistance dog, neither the person nor the dog shall be denied admittance to any hotel, motel, restaurant or eating establishment, nor shall the person be denied full and equal accommodations, facilities and privileges of all public places of amusement, theater or resort when accompanied by an assistance dog. KRS 258.500(2)."

Going downhill just like the rest of Dixie Hwy. Terrible sandwiches last 2 times we were there. This was our last visit for sure! Don't waste your money.
Super upset, Came yesterday and they said theyre backed up it would be 45 min. We came back and they where closed even tho they where open until 9 they closed at 816! I came back today at 640 and the door is locked !

My husband and I get food from here a few times a month and it's always really good. We use their online order service and only have to wait for the fries to be ready when we go there to pick it up.

Never usually have any issues with the food. The issue I had today was the lack of service. The fact that you would only run 2 people for a lunch blows me away. You cannot put out good food and service with only two people on shift. This is not the first time I have experienced this at this location.

Frys to salty. The tables and floor were sticky and dirty. The bathroom smelled. Service was unprofessional.
