I initially e-mailed the general manager but have yet to receive a response. I had an issue I experienced at the Breckenridge store on February 25, 2025. I ordered ahead online for a 6:15 PM pickup, but unfortunately, my experience was far from smooth.
When I arrived, I informed the cashier, whom I believe was the supervisor on duty (Jonna), that I was picking up my order under [my name]. I walked over to the pick-up counter and overheard the conversation between her and another employee that was on the grill, realizing that my order had mistakenly been given to DoorDash by the employee on the grill. While I understand that mistakes happen, what disappointed me most was the lack of an apology from either employee.
Jonna told me my order was being remade, and I waited until 6:32 PM to receive it. Since I was in a hurry for work, I quickly checked the bag and left, only to later realize that both sandwiches were incorrect—missing toppings, seasonings, and one served on the wrong bread. When I called the store to address the issue, my call was initially hung up on. When I called again, I spoke to Jonna, who offered to remake my order or have me speak to a manager the next day. Since I was at work for a 12 hour night shift, I opted to come back for a corrected order.
Upon returning, Jonna personally remade my food, ensuring it was properly prepared. While I appreciate that effort, I was again not offered any apology for the inconvenience, multiple trips, or delays I experienced. While I did not expect any compensation, a simple acknowledgment of the situation would have gone a long way.
I’ve always enjoyed Penn Station, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve service in the future so that other customers don’t face the same frustrations.
Thank you for your time. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
The service by Mya is outstanding. She was friendly and welcoming the second I walked through the door. She is the reason this place received any stars. I ordered a Caesar Wrap and got almost NO lettuce. It looked nothing even remotely close to a wrap. I was highly disappointed. The Fries were fresh. The wrap and a small order of fries came to $14.39 and they literally skimped out on the lettuce?

First of all those two young guys working at 8pm on 01/13/25 specially by the name Jacob needs to be checked out because he has no regard for a customer service and hygiene ( he does not charge gloves while dealing with money). How in the world could take order while he has a headphone over him then after he made a mistake with the order, instead of apologizing and getting it right he still sends us home with the wrong order despite being asked to correct it. It’s bad bad business. We will never do business at that location again. Unless we see a corrected measures. !

Dustin did an absolutely stellar job! Greeted with friendliness upon entry, he was the only employee working, and was still very efficient whilst keeping the dining area clean. Dustin is the man to keep around! One of the best lunches I’ve had in a while.

Online ordered Philly cheesecakes on multi grain bread, mushrooms, onions, mayo, Swiss cheese on 1 and provolone on another. Sad sandwiches, didn't follow any instructions. First and most likely Last experience at that location. They weren't busy so why couldn't somebody pay attention and get the order... Edit: And there was a hair in 1 if the sandwiches.

Came in to eat and was rudely distracted by a manager yelling at an employee for going to the bathroom. The manager literally clocked the other employee out for the two minutes she was in the bathroom and was yelling at her to go home. Mind you this is while me and other people were in there eating. Insane!
Everything I come in they never have onions for a cheesesteak. I have tried now 2 times. Never coming here again
