Things have changed since I was last at P.F. Chang's. Servers used to box your meal up for you and when they offered dessert, they would hand you a dessert menu and make a recommendation. Our server was young and basically did not give us much attention. He offered refills on alcohol, even though we ordered a bottle but did not refill our water glasses. Since I was only drinking water, this was an issue. He gave me one box for my leftover lettuce wraps which need to be assembled so two boxes should have been the minimum. The server for the table next to us was literally stalking the guests. Hovering, reaching over while they ate, passing their table and looking at their plates . That would've been annoying for me. For the food prices, I was disappointed in the experience over all. Maybe it's just this particular location, but this visit was very disappointing!
We enjoyed our dinner at PF Chang's last Saturday evening. The food was very good and the prices were more reasonable than we had remembered. Our server was very conscientious. One thing I should mention, however, is that the restaurant didn't have a record of our reservation even though I had received an email (or perhaps it was a text) confirming our reservation and also received a message to remind us about our reservation. When I mentioned these things to the hostess she said that their system doesn't always interface well with the Open Table app. Just something to be aware of! If you make a reservation using Open Table, you might also want to call the restaurant at some point prior to your dining time to confirm that you actually do have a reservation. In our case the fact that the restaurant didn't have a record of our reservation didn't create a problem because they had plenty of tables available when we arrived.
P.F. Chang's is still a good choice but the food and service is just not what it used to be.
Service was great, our server was awesome. All food we ordered was not very good. Cauliflower was overcooked and super sweet, inedible. Green beans were also overcooked, all food seemed overly sweet. Hadn't been in several years, possibly just my preference has changed.
We met here for a girls night out. We all had such a good time. Service was impeccable. We all enjoyed our food and drinks.
Excellent food! Excellent service! Went above and beyond to accommodate our large party and Kristen too great care of us! Will definitely return.
We dined at a P.F. Chang's in Kentucky and had a mostly good experience! The Mongolian beef and Teriyaki chicken were incredibly flavorful and cooked to really good. However, the rice was surprisingly bland and lacked seasoning.
Our server was friendly, but unfortunately, he got our orders mixed up. This led to us getting two of the same dish, we were so hungry we ate them because we could not be bothered to wait anymore. He apologized, though.
On the bright side, the price was very reasonable for the generous portions we received. Overall, the food quality and value made up for the minor service mishap.
I'd suggest that the server pay closer attention to order details and revamp the brown and white rice recipe. Otherwise, P.F. Chang's remains a solid choice for those craving tasty Asian-inspired cuisine.

I ordered a Japanese smoked old fashioned and received two drinks that were not what I ordered! Then it took over and hour to get our food. Our appetizers took over 30 minutes!!

As a general rule I do not give 5 stars for anything (society’s predilection for proclaiming everything as superlative diminishes the effort of the truly excellent) and, while I want to believe that our server Zoie would always perform above and beyond, it should be noted that this was a slow Tuesday night which benefited the atmosphere as well.

I had a fantastic experience at P.F. Chang’s. I ordered the Mongolian Beef because it looked good in the menu pic, and it was absolutely delicious, tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sweetness in the sauce. The portion was generous too.
On top of that, the waitress Victoria did an amazing job! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. Her great service made the dining experience even better.
Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service. I will definitely be back!
