Next time a customer has reservations send them a notice if you're closing down early so they don't waste their time traveling to your restaurant. We came there and the employees were already sent home. You have all the contact info from the reservation.

P F Chang had some new menu items and I tried the teriyaki beef. It was very tender and tasted good but a bit too sweet for my tastes. I'll go for the beef and broccoli as my favorite dish next time. Marshall was our server and he was a good as it gets. Outstanding! The chicken lettuce wraps were some of the best I ever had at P F Chang's. The chef overcooked the spicy green beans (they were almost chocolate brown), but Marshall immediately reacted and replaced them. My wife had her favorites: cashew chicken and spring rolls and they were excellent. The experience overall was very delightful - we have been coming to this location since it opened in 2004. I wish them well.

Great food, service, and atmosphere overall. The drinks are overpriced compared to other restaurants I've dined in and the portions should be larger for the price. I will go back.

The highlight of our experience was a very pleasant greeting at the door. Downhill from there. Server told us he really didn’t want to be there. Ordered drinks and three appetizers, 20 minutes later 2 of the appetizers arrived followed by the other one 10 minutes later. They were all lukewarm at best. Ordered 5 entrees. There were only 5 tables occupied in the restaurant. After 30 minutes, I asked a employee that was passing to please check on our food, she came back and said there was one order ahead of us, I replied the place is almost empty, she said I’ll get the manager. He never came. Food finally came and it was stone cold. Server came and I told him and he gave me excuses. Told him not to bother taking the food back,I would pay for the appetizer and we were leaving. After 3 times asking for the manager he finally came and I expressed my disappointment. He comped the appetizers and we went to Chuys for an excellent meal. PF Chang’s used to be so good, but has been crossed offf of our list.

Christmas Eve tradition. Place was packed, very chaotic. Had 630P reservation - 60 minutes behind in seating when we arrived. Ended up at high top in bar area. Very loud atmosphere. Booths next to us were not kept clean - seating customers in dirty conditions (picture enclosed). May not go there next year.

When you make a reservation for Christmas Eve, it is so you can eat at a specified time and be able to attend your next event. We had a reservation for 6:15pm and were not called to our table until 7:50pm. That's right, one hour and 35 minutes after reservation time. This was the case with everyone. We wanted to leave after an hour wait and tried to book another restaurant on OpenTable but it wouldn't let us because PF Changs had marked the reservation that we had been seated and were currently eating. It was obvious very poor schedule management. They denied that they had overbooked or had short staff. BEWARE! do not ever make a reservation with PF Changs when it is a holiday. They overbook and do not care. You will NOT make it to your next event OR you will spend over an hour waiting for your RESERVATION and will NOT get to eat. Don't make the same mistake we did!

Christmas Eve we had reservations but still had to wait an hour. We were able to sit at the bar and have a drink so it wasn't too bad. Our server was very cheery on this busy night and the kitchen seemed to be keeping up with orders. Our food was very good and came out without too much of a wait.

I ordered PF Chang delivery. I ordered two Mongolian beef dinner portions, Two egg drop soups and a crab Rangoon. After delivery, the first thing I noticed was the soups were completely left out. How hard is it to remember the contents of a delivery order? The Mongolian beef portion was an absolute joke. It could not have been 3 ounces of beef. It came cold so I warmed it up. Even after, it needed salt and was so tasteless. I remember when Pf Chang had to long wait to get in and the portions were so big you could split them. I specifically ordered the dinner portion and paid more, but the sizes were more like a kids meal. This is the last time I will ever order from P.F. Chang’s even after reporting it, they gave me a five dollar credit. They simply have no pride and what they do.

Hostess was running everyone out by saying you may not want to eat here because you won’t receive your food for an hour or longer. We heard that and knew that to not be true so we decided to stay while she had already turned around several people. If this is your practice to loose the company a lot of money then keep it up. Our waitress waited on us in 2-4 minutes and we instantly had salad and soup. It only took 26 minutes to get the orange chicken and we were fine with it. We had other items to munch on. Our waitress did say she hardly had tables to wait on during her shift because of this. Really a sad way to run a business. Waitress was superb. We told the manager about all the people the hostess was running off. He didn’t seem to mind. The place isn’t busy and is just loosing so much money. It was 2:20 Sunday afternoon when we came in and we were eating salad and soup by 2:30 and orange chicken by 2:47. So it didn’t take an hour or not even close to it.

I recently hosted our early company Christmas party at P.F. Chang’s, and this was our second year choosing this location. Once again, the food was excellent and the service was top-notch.

Our server, Mikayla, did an outstanding job taking care of our group of about ten people. She was attentive, organized, and never missed a detail. On top of her impressive service, she brought an upbeat personality, great sense of humor, and a genuinely kind attitude that made the evening even more enjoyable.
