Things have changed since I was last at P.F. Chang's. Servers used to box your meal up for you and when they offered dessert, they would hand you a dessert menu and make a recommendation. Our server was young and basically did not give us much attention. He offered refills on alcohol, even though we ordered a bottle but did not refill our water glasses. Since I was only drinking water, this was an issue. He gave me one box for my leftover lettuce wraps which need to be assembled...

We enjoyed our dinner at PF Chang's last Saturday evening. The food was very good and the prices were more reasonable than we had remembered. Our server was very conscientious. One thing I should mention, however, is that the restaurant didn't have a record of our reservation even though I had received an email (or perhaps it was a text) confirming our reservation and also received a message to remind us about our reservation. We dined at a P.F. Chang's in Kentucky and had a mostly good experience! The Mongolian beef and Teriyaki chicken were incredibly flavorful and cooked to really good. However, the rice was surprisingly bland and lacked seasoning.
Our server was friendly, but unfortunately, he got our orders mixed up. This led to us getting two of the same dish, we were so hungry we ate them because we could not be bothered to wait anymore. He apologized, though.
