We are from out of town visiting. Quick stop at this Vietnamese restaurant. Good portion size for the price. Our server was great, she answered all our questions and made great recommendations.

Weirdest bahn mi I’ve ever had in my whole life, why oh why do they drench all of the meat in what tastes like just straight soy sauce? Even the spring/summer rolls were just weird. Found myself taking all meet off of my sandwhich & all pork out of rolls bc it was just weird textures and bad seasoning.

Everything is delicious. Great quality for the price and tons of healthy options.

Absolute garbage. I ordered the short rib banh mi and the meat in it was mostly inedible, 75% gristle and cartilage.

I’m sorry to say my Bahn Mi was so dry I couldn’t eat it. No sauce/dressing at all, and the meat was also dry and chewy :(

I trust no one that gave this place good review. The food here has to be the worst Vietnamese food I’ve ever had.

This place is the absolute best surprise we have stumbled upon for Vietnamese cuisine. Top notch! Mr. Tuan, the owner of this restaurant, went above and beyond to take the time to greet us and ask about our meal. He is a very friendly and humble man and most importantly, truly worthy of respect. Alex, our server, was also very professional, cordial and made sure the experience met our expectations. The head chef cooked an amazing meal and made the best summer rolls we have ever had! The food, service and setting are nothing short of phenomenal. Looking forward to our next meal there, Cheers!

Phô Cafe on bardstown road is one of my favorite locally owned businesses that caters to my particular admiration for Asian cultures that are so poorly represented! I loovve Vietnamese culture! Actually I think I may love almost any Asian culture especially those that are always grouped in with the main three. I think those who are actually willing to step out of their comfort zones will find a genuinely cool and awesome gem of a restaurant like this? I highly recommend! All you have to do is just be yourself but also be kind and compassionate with the people here, they're so much sweeter than you'd expect!
