Delicious! I met some friends for lunch on a rainy day and the Pho Bo hit the spot. We also shared eggrolls and crispy dumplings to start. The shaking beef was outstanding and my friend also got a side of the short rib and it was so tasty! This is a great place to eat and the prices are reasonable too. Bonus that the boba tea place is next door for a dessert 🙂
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Louisville. I'm almost embarrassed to say that I eat/order out here once a week...the food is well-priced, authentic and flavorful. When I do dine in, it's super casual and the service is really friendly. Chef Special Noodles is my fav!
Service provided by Makayla was spectacular food best described as fresh flavorful and vibrant. Food presentation off the charts. I started eating before I took a picture sorry folks you will need come in for yourself and see. I had the seafood pho 😋 10 out of 10 first time here but definitely not my last!
