Excellent place to get pho. Always my place to grab pho, when I'm in
Louisville.

This place is the real Pho deal. Absolutely delicious. Huge portions. A bit spartan on the furniture but who cares? It’s got tables and chairs and great staff. Well worth your time and money.

Our first time and really enjoyed it

I am craving beef Pho, and this place opens all day until 0830 pm, so we pick this place. Service is quick. Food is delicious. Portion is generous ☺️. Meat is super. Need more vegetables for me in the Pho. Delicious Pho.

I used to get the tofu with the Sriracha and honey and then the owner insisted on switching it and it made it disgusting. So I asked him if he could make it for me and he said no well I said can't you just make it for me and he said no. I'm not making it that way anymore and he was very very rude. I couldn't believe it, So I left the food right there and walked out and I will never go back and I will tell everyone else how rude and nasty he was to me. He was very very mean

I was just questioned and publicly argued with about my vested service dog at this location when trying to order.
I was told that there was “paperwork” needed to prove my service dog is a service dog and that they would get in trouble with the health department if I was allowed to eat in their restaurant with a dog.
I told the owner I would show them the ada.gov website where it explicitly says they cannot request paperwork/certifications because they do not exist in the U.S., but would tell him what tasks she performs for me.
He proceeded to walk away from me and said he didn’t want to see it. I showed it to him anyway because he needed to learn what the real laws are concerning service dogs.
I left without eating and upset for being turned away because of my disability. Do better.

I love me some Pho!! This place was easy to find and not crowded at all. The staff were very friendly and the food came out really fast.. Must try the firecracker shrimp.. the best!!

This place is nasty. The owner speaks and treats you terribly. I ordered pho and the noodles were not cooked and I wanted my money back.. these people couldn’t give me my money back and were very rude to say the least. If you want real pho, I suggest you go to district 6, it’s wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy better.

Ordered Pho Tai (eye-round steak) to go. This was the most flavorful broth I’ve ever had…didn’t know how tasty Pho could be. The portions are solid for the price. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

Be aware when getting takeout that all the contents (meat, noodles, veggies) are provided in a separate box instead of in the broth. I had to assemble in the car myself, which was challenging. But I think that is typical for ramen and pho takeout, so I should’ve just asked if they could build it for me.

We ordered noodles bowl with shrimp and they forgot to add the sauce container so we were stuck with noodles without sauce.
Called them but they were not helpful!
