We ate here Sunday night around 7. At 7:34 staff began putting all the chairs in the tables while three tables of guests were still eating in store. I mean every table even those right next to us. It was really rude and we were clearly being rushed. We still all left at 7:50. We tipped when we paid and didn’t get a thank you. Where else can I get good Pho?

The first still okay but the new owners they have this rule in place where they don't let you pay for extra soup you will have to buy a whole order of to get extra soup. Which is like $15.. the owners before will let you get access to for two or three dollars I believe.

My husband and I have been wanting to try Pho for a while. When we walked in, the lady at the desk didn’t greet us or say a word. She just stared waiting for us to order. After spending almost $4 for a tea, it was half way full.
The tables were nasty. The condiments on the tables were crusted over.
Over all just a bad experience and the food was disgusting.

Fast food, strip mall pho. I don't mean that negatively as the broth had rich flavor and the service was fast and friendly. Also, the environment was casual and clean, although our table could have been wiped down a little better.

Ordered for delivery. Pho came without broth (how am i supposed to eat it? lol) and the spring roll sauce was everywhere the container is not tight enough. spring rolls were terrible how do you even mess up spring rolls i’ve never had a bad spring roll i didn’t think it was even possible for a spring roll to be this poorly made. can’t eat the pho because i don’t have broth but i bet its just as bad. i specifically asked for no tripe but they put it right on top thanks a lot

They have gluten-free options galore. Never disappointed. I kinda wish the chairs were a little were cushy and comfy but I think its because pho makes you feel that way🤭. The metal chairs clank and it irks me but I think its a sensory thing but it messes with the vibe a little when you're trying to sip and chill but I digress. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Price point is reasonable. I recall ordering food from them on a Sunday when my sister was passing in the hospital and they delivered all the way downtown. A lady in the waiting room was like, 'Is that pho?! From where?!' Some restaurants on Dash and Uber won't do that so it was greatly appreciated, especially that day. Thank you guys.

The dip for the Spring roll and waters came in a styrofoam cup. The veggies for the Pho came in a zip lock bag and were obviously not fresh. For instance, the sprouts were brown and the cilantro was blacked at some spots. We got the Vegetable Broth Pho and it was extremely bland. The tofu in it appeared dried and looked not fresh as well (and I'm usually not picky about my tofu) - I didn't even eat it. The tables were extremely sticky to touch. It truly felt like a place of trying to get the most buck out of us without putting in any love into the Pho. What a shame.

Food was good the employees were amazing. The building was so empty though that everything echoed and the tables felt sticky. Would go again but the seating area needs some help.
