I ordered the cauliflower crust from this place and was charged extra but the lazy teenagers who made my pizza didn't use the cauliflower crust like I asked. I've been here a couple of times now and it seems like the owner/manager is never there. Seems like this place is ran by teenie boopers who don't care about anything.

We have been going to this location for over a year now and the staff has been so good with our food allergies.

Really good food, tastes similar to Blaze Pizza but slightly better and cheaper! A regular hangout spot for my friends and I. Definitely planning on corning back!

Pieology is a fast casual pizza chain specialising in create your own personal pizzas. I rank such chains in the following order the best being first: Blaze, Pieology, MOD, Firenza having only been to one of each restaurant, all in Louisville. Pieology has accumulated a variety of crust options including thin, gluten free, hand tossed, and deep dish, which is far more variety than you get at say Blaze for example. Pieology is a great choice for fast casual dining if you want to whip up a customized pizza, or choose one of their existing recipes. It basically gets four stars for not being Blaze where I generally prefer the pizza a little bit more, but that's almost entirely subjective.

Great staff. Delicious pizza. Good way to enjoy my birthday lunch (and my bogo free pizza)!

I have never had a bad experience at Pieology Pizzeria! The employees are kind, they do a good job, and the food... Well technically you create the food, so if it ends up being not so good, you really only have yourself to blame. All, and all, this is hands down the best build your own pizza place around.

First timer....I loved being involved making my own pizza. It tasted great and the service was excellent. Pizza arrived at my table in about 7mins..

This place was sooo good! First time here. Had the cauliflower crust with mushrooms, spinach, and chicken toppings. The crust was perfect, it was delivered to my table with barely a wait, and the whole process of ordering was smooth and friendly. The atmosphere was great as well. I especially liked the huge wall of quotes. I almost felt bad not talking to the people around me, because I was reading the wall.

Ordered delivery on grubhub. Order was confirmed and then a few minutes later cancelled. Upon speaking with grub hub they were told to cancel the order because they were too busy. Except I had placed my order for over an hour later in the future. I called the store and they still made my order and comped it for me. I picked up the pizzas, no one was in there. My pizzas were already done when I got there but the people working there were not pleasant. When I got home I opened the boxes to find pizzas that looked like they had been thrown together and dropped on the floor. They were not nice looking. Decided to try them anyways, took a bite to discover they were not fully cooked. It was disgusting and we will never be back. The girl I spoke with on the phone was very nice But my experience once I got there was not pleasant. And even less pleasant when I got home and saw the pizzas.

I am a pizza snob but I do know what good pizza taste like. This was my first visit to Pieology and I must say I enjoyed the pizza! I did the thin crust with red tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, red peppers, artichokes and mushrooms. The key to great pizza is in the crust and sauce and these were both homeruns for me. Crust was tasty and crisp and sauce was rich with just a little bite of black pepper. My only complaint about the pizza itself was the temperature. It was just warm in center, not hot. It needed another minute in oven. So why three stars? No one greeted me or asked if I'd been there before. My greeting was "What crust?" After I ordered, no one told me to wait or sit, so I sat down. The young man who brought out my pizza was polite. No one ever came around to check on diners and there was certainly no lunch crowd here. Overall, I recommend for the product. If they would work in customer service maybe more people would come here.

Delicious pizza....especially the crust! Just the right amount of crunchy and chewy. I like the portions....single serve pizza with a breakfast treat

I want to give a better rating to Pieology because the food is ok, but the customer service was such a let down. My girlfriend and I stopped in after a movie, right around 9:15pm. We approached the space to order and waited. No acknowledgement that we were there from any of the staff members. 1 employee was making the 3 customers orders ahead of ours, 1 employee made a drink to sit down, then I believe it was the manager was preparing everything for closing. Pieology closes at 10pm. After waiting almost 10 minutes, the manager looked at us, told the employee making the pizzas to help us next. I would have hoped so as there was no one else behind us. When it was time to order, there was no hello or welcome, just a "what do you want?" When it was my turn to order, my question about the deep dish they offered seemed to be the end of the world. Using his eyes to guide me to the stack of aluminum trays, I asked again if there was deep dish, the manager announced "it takes longer to cook that." Great, lets get it then! She stops cleaning, puts on gloves to make my pizza. There's steps involved in making the deep dish and asking any questions during the process must have really irritated her. $23 and change for 2 pizzas and a soft drink. There was no thank you, no we will bring it out, just gloves back off and back to cleaning. It will be quite some time before I come back if I ever do.

One of my favorite ‘build your own' pizza places in Louisville. Pizza is always great. Wish they had the flavored lemonade machine going more often. Most of the time it is either empty or close to being empty. Overall, very good.

I have to say as usual the food was delicious! The draw backs... Well, there were two employees talking on their phones behind the counter. That wouldn't have been so bad except for there were customers in line and one of them even served the pizza to a customer still on her phone. It's just unprofessional and rude. Most of the tables were dirty and the floor wasn't great. Then the girls were talking louder then the music. I have to say overall the food is great and I'll be back for that but don't come here for the atmosphere or the customer service because you're not going to get anything good. Just your typical millennials in a me world. It just continues my hypothesis of no customer service alive and well in the world today.

This was my first visit here. I like the fact that in recent years, there are have been pizza places that allow for individual pizzas with a greater variety of toppings. Actually, the pizza may still be a little big for one person, but to-go boxes are available. Along with other toppings, I decided to go with dairy-free cheese and their new plant-based spicy Italian sausage. There was an extra $1 charge for the "sausage." For one ounce, you get about 4 pieces. The pizza was good, but the "sausage" was warm and not hot, it was also not spicy. I found the price of the pizza to be reasonable, compared to the variety of toppings available. There are plenty of seats and a nice wall of quotes. I can see coming back.
