Lady was eating and talking at the same time while she took our order you could see the food in her mouth never checked on us for refills or if we needed anything she just sat down and got on her phone and then sprayed so much cologne/ body spray ewww it was stinky im sorry it wasnt even busy if you were eating you couldve gotten another waiter to take our order and enjoyed your meal

We walked in and there was 3 female employees standing at a podium. None of them acknowledged us. I told them there are 2 of us and one employee POINTED to a booth for us to sit at. No one came to our table for probably 6 minutes. All the while the females were still standing there talking. We finally got our drinks ordered with some queso. Brought our drinks and went back for queso. It was not hot. No chips. A few minutes later we got chips. A few minutes after that we got the salsa. We waited another 10 minutes to order our food. People who came in after us were getting their food. (Different waitress). Ours was still talking. Got our food. It was ok. Kinda bland. Not hot. Poor service.

The food is great, the ambiance was festive and happy! I had the ceviche and let me tell you, go try it right now!! I don't know if they double poured the Don Julio or what My mother loved the red sauce on the enchiladas! I frequent this spot on any day, but especially Tuesdays!

Waitress ignored us for over 20 minutes, servicing everyone around us u til I stopped and asked if we could have a waitress. Then she was rude the entire time she worked our table. Food then came out cold. Will never return.

This place is a local gem! I've been here more than a dozen times--takeout, a quick lunch here and there, and a handful of times for dinner. Don't have a single complaint or negative thing to say. I have yet to try something on the menu that wasn't delicious. The food is always hot and the ingredients are always fresh. The restaurant itself is a bit small but always clean and beautifully decorated, with several interesting paintings along the walls. The service is always good. Most recently, we had an issue with the card reader and they were incredibly professional and delivered the kind of customer service that is RARE these days. Fully intend to keep working my way through the menu and enjoying this place (note: if you like spicy and you like rice, do yourself a favor and order the special rice)
