Pizza Donisi SLAPS. Orion made our most recent pie (pepperoni) and it was THE BEST PIZZA WE'VE HAD FROM DONISI thank you so much dude. We had the pizza fries 🤌 fried ravioli 🤌 pizza 🤌 and mini cannolis 🤌and we are stuffed and happy. So grateful this is our local spot and that we can saunter out the front door and come home with delicacies. And thanks Orion for making us this amazing dinner and making our night!!

About two - three years ago, I use to like this place because of their vegan options and I’m not even vegan. Now, things have changed drastically. The customer service is completely garbage. You can tell the food is now being carelessly made. Look at all the reviews from 1 year ago to now. Str8 trash. I ordered pick up for door dash and arrived when the app said to. I clearly knew that the food probably wasn’t ready yet and had no problem waiting. Quality food takes quality time right. So the guy tells me it’ll be another fifteen to twenty minutes. I say no problem and return to my car to wait. There was a woman in the back making pizzas but she was slamming things and complaining. I ignored it completely. I returned twenty five minutes later to check on my order. There was a line, so I waited my turn. During my time in line, myself and the other customers could hear this woman complaining about DoorDash customers ordering food. And how she feels rushed with everyone standing there watching her and etc. She continued this rant the whole time and it got more intense as I was getting close to the counter. I was able to figure out I was the only DoorDash order until a DoorDash driver arrived behind me to pick up a delivery order. This lady was slamming things and mad about having to make pizza. I addressed the situation with the Man working the front register because I didn’t do anything but order pizza and PATIENTLY wait with not one ounce of complaint about anything. This lady came to the register and started addressing me like this is her restaurant wanting me to understand her position and how she feels. Why do I need to do this? I’m here because I ordered pizza. That’s it. Not to fix the problems she has with DoorDash or her job. The manager/owner’s daughter wasn’t any help and said she had her employee’s back because she had a long day.🤷🏿 Then she starts telling me about how they’ve gotta deal with drunk people from the bar next door and how everyone complains about the time of the service. The whole time I still didn’t understand how that was my problem and why I had to receive the horrible customer service because of it. I guess I’ve gotta find another vegan pizza spot. It’s sad because under the right management, this place has some potential. I almost forgot. I looked at my order and had 4 wings. I paid $12 for 4 wings. Not whole wings. Wing pieces. $12 🤯

At least they are consistent! First time I ordered I ordered from DoorDash and received a calzone with wrong toppings and I ordered wing and in its place received what looked like a person pan pizza that was over cooked with very little on it like a 5 yr old made it. So I decided to give it a go again .. because I wanted to like this place because I like calzones. Get my calzone to which I ordered pepperoni sausage bacon mushrooms black olives and xtra cheese , but what I got was very little pepperoni a ton of green pepper and onion … not to mention the dough was raw in places ! And of course they DO NOT Answer their phones!

Garbage food. Terrible service. Caesar salad had no parm cheese and no croutons. Pizza fries were burnt then overcooked with the toppings. Couldn’t eat the fries since they couldn’t be extricated from the aluminum foil. Extremely slow service. Never again.
