I've given this store a few tries, and I'm ALWAYS disappointed. They never send out sauces, and even though I'm not far away, the pizza always arrives cold or lukewarm. Customer service gives you the runaround about refunds. This place overall sucks. I really wish I had stood firm on staying away, it would've saved me money, be better than me

They acted like I wasnât even there. No one came up front for about 5-10 minutes. Carryout time incorrect by about 20-25 minutes. Person up front was not very professional at all.

I've order twice now and my food never showed up..it says that they close at midnight and allows you to order online through them directly and other delivery services but when I called it says they are closed..

I don't have any plans to go back to this restaurant. Food is substandard. Service is a joke. I dined in. Waited 30 minutes for my pizza. Finally I went to the counter to find out what happened to my order. Was told they accidentally put it in the warmer for the carry out pizzas. Then they got mad because I didn't tip them. Sad âšď¸

The GM Sabrina was rude and unprofessional. I had come back to get a replacement AFTER my pizza had long piece of hair on it. I was told that whoever answered the phone and told me to come back didnât follow proper procedure. Sabrina wasnât very friendly she was just rude and nasty, HOW is it my fault if someone doesnât follow proper protocol?????? I donât work there. Obviously poodles make the pizzas here so donât waste your time purchasing from this Poodle Hut get your pizzas somewhere else! WHO wants to eat ANY hair????????????

I had to call after 2 hours to see where my pizza was. They said they could get my pizza out to me but only give me credit for the pizza and tax / not the delivery charge and tip for the driver. The whole amount should have been refunded and another pizza sent to me. Instead / i took my full refund and went elsewhere. Chris was rude in the phone and said i could take it up with his manager who/ after i asked - Chris stated he wasnât there. Awful customer service. I will take crappy food with good customer service any day. Itâs a shame. Iâve been using this place for the 22 years Iâve been in Jeffersontown. Very disappointed

The staff is very RUDE and INCOMPETENT they saw me come in and they made me wait 5 to 10 minutes before anyone decided to see if i needed anything. Even then they said just sign here and walk off waited another two minutes for them to come back to get the receipt. In truth they deserve a Negative 10 but there's no option for that
I was told refund was given but it never showed up on the card. I donât leave many negative reviews but we waited 30 minutes for our pizza to be made only to be told the oven broke (understandable but typically it only takes 15 minutes to prep a pizza and they werenât very busy), then I asked for a refund and Dontay did kindly apologize and gave me a copy of my original receipt with the word ârefundâ hand written on it and said it could be 5 business days before it would be refunded to my card. Now, 16 days later, there is no refund to my card. Heads up for those who want to eat in: the dining room smelled musty (probably due to the old carpet in the dining area).

Rolled the dice on supper tonight. Decided to give PH Taylorsville Road a try. Pizzas were delivered earlier than predicted, hot, fresh, delicious and they were really good looking pies. Well done, Taylorsville Road PH. We will definitely return. Honestly really good fresh pizzas. Thank You!!

The place is nasty every single table was dirty and the floor was filthy. We ordered 2 personal pan pizzas they were horrible we couldn't finish eating the food it was thrown in the trash. Service is terrible very rude individual finally waited on us. When we sat down waiting for our pizza a stock room door was open it was filthy and we saw a mouse in the corner. Never going back there.
