I would give zero stars if I could. The WORST customer service in the store ever. Our doordasher wasn’t given our entire order so he went up there to get the rest and the lady REFUSED to make our food. She got on the phone with my husband with a nasty attitude and hung up on him. Zero resolution and out of our food and money. Uncalled for, for being so NASTY!

The whole experience was terrible. The customer service was so bad if i could give it a negative rating I would but i can’t so it’ll get 1 star. They put my bread sticks in a bag because they are out of boxes… so i assume they put pizza in bags as well? When I called the lady was rude and nasty and did not try to trouble shoot with me what’s so ever.

Ordered the dinner box deal for dinner while watching football at the hotel. Did the online order thing with the app. Order placed easily and received confirmation immediately. Delivery $5.99, was earlier than estimated. Food was prepared carefully and was still hot when it arrived. Was more than two people could eat, but we snacked throughout the football game. Easy-peasy ordering experience--which it would have come with napkins and utensils.

Just got my delivery, my order was a total of $70. Ordered pizza, wings, and pasta. Got everything except the wings which were a special order, tried calling them get a call center. Transferred me to store that won't answer the phone. Just want a refund on the items I didn't get. New pizza place = Domino's. Lost all my business!
