I was disappointed with the whole meal. Fries were stuck together and over cooked. The pizza was not done as well. I’m not going back to this location.

Melinda is awesome. Last manger was rude and very unprofessional. Melinda gave me a call 5 mins after putting in my complaint and handled business. I really Hope she can shape this location up. One of the few restaurants we have in the westend.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order online laat night at 9:16pm, it said it would be delivered at 9:46pm. My order never came and I called the store for 40 minutes and no one ever answered. I should of known they weren't gonna deliver even though I live 5 blocks away. I would of been better off walking the 5 blocks to get it, at least I would of got my food. I will never order from this pizza hut again. I will be giving the one on Broadway my business from now on. Sidenote: to add insult to injury, I got a text message from door dash at 2:02am saying my order would be delivered at 2:42am. What a joke. The store closed at 11pm

FYI: if they mess up your order or anything in reguard either them nor door dash will not issue a refund or give you a new order. There was a mess up with the address so instead doing one of the other both Pizza Hut and door dash say it's not our problem. I had the to get a new debit card and issue a dispute a refund from my Bank. I will be going to instead of delivery and I will not be going to this location anymore, if anyone read this review please do not go to this location or order from there.

I love Pizza Hut so this really disappoints me. I moved into my new place and decide to order dinner for my family. Everything went well until after my food was delivered. I ordered 1 Large Hot Honey Pepperoni, 1 Large Pan Double Pepperoni, 1 Large Meat Lovers and Hot Honey Boneless wings. I spent $64 and only received 3 Pepperoni pizzas. One was Hot Honey. One was Thin crust and One was Traditional. I called the store for 2 hours with no answer. Customer service transferred me to the store 5 times and still no answer. Days later and still no answer when I called to resolve. I hate to feel like I wasted my money or even didn’t get all I paid for. Times are too hard right now. This is ridiculous. Never again!!!!!
It's been awhile, so glad it got delivered well, I thought we could only order online but I called it in and in less than 30 mins my order of the hot honey specialiaty pizza, chicken parm melt and a one topping pizza apart of the $7 deal was here and it was delicious.?
