This Pizza Hut sucks. They never get your order right and when you call to try to get your order fixed, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I called 50 times and they just send you dispatch and then dispatch sends you to back to the store to never get an answer. I have a credit to use and I can’t because they never answer the phone. I bet you this store never makes sales. They suck and they can’t make an order right and the rest of the reviews will vouch for my review.

Placed online it gave me an estimate time for 15 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later. Ordered still not ready 😡 My lunch break will be over by the time I get back to work

This Pizza Hut location was great at one point! Over the last 3 months or so, the food has gone downhill. We order pizza almost every weekend bc hubby likes to give me a break from cooking and the kids love the pizza and wings. Well, we started going to Annie's, Little Cesar's, Papa John's, Domino's 🤢, etc, because Pizza Hut just can't seem to get it right! I've called and talked to 2 managers (on separate occasions) who promised things were turning around, just for us to get the same messed up orders. Food is not cheap and our money doesn't come easy! Pics included. *FYI, I tried talking to management BEFORE leaving this review but nothing changed.

Melinda is awesome. Last manger was rude and very unprofessional. Melinda gave me a call 5 mins after putting in my complaint and handled business. I really Hope she can shape this location up. One of the few restaurants we have in the westend.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order online laat night at 9:16pm, it said it would be delivered at 9:46pm. My order never came and I called the store for 40 minutes and no one ever answered. I should of known they weren't gonna deliver even though I live 5 blocks away. I would of been better off walking the 5 blocks to get it, at least I would of got my food. I will never order from this pizza hut again. I will be giving the one on Broadway my business from now on. Sidenote: to add insult to injury, I got a text message from door dash at 2:02am saying my order would be delivered at 2:42am. What a joke. The store closed at 11pm
