A doordasher stole my pizza tonight and pretended to deliver it to me. It was 50.00 dollars so I was so so disappointed and upset. The nice lady (forgot her name already, I'm sorry) answering phones and GM were deeply apologetic and so so nice to my husband and me about it when it wasn't their fault, at all. They immediately offered to make it right with me by remaking the pizza for us which I am so grateful. it was a really awesome experience.The pizza was made was on point too! These folks definitely work hard there ? Pizza Hut!

Order was delivered by Door Dash but I didn’t get my $5 - 2 liter Pepsi. Dasher wouldn’t answer his phone and neither would the store. There’s no way to be reimbursed or to comment on the dasher. I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Waited over an hour and 30 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. When the pizza got here it was cold and soggy. When i called to store the phone rang for 5+ minutes. Not worth the money, would not get pizza here again.

Went yesterday for lunch, guy at counter was super nice. But my daughter got food poisoning. She had a ham and pineapple pizza and was violently throwing up all night. Please be careful !

Had a $60 order one night and got the wrong order they credited us the the $60 back and then we ordered again to use that credit and they forgot the wings I ordered. Needless to say this is the last time we order from pizza hut

This location got a new manager and team about a month ago and the difference has been amazing. I no longer have to drive to Smyrna Rd and Outer Loop to get my Pizza Hut!

I ordered a personal pan pizza and it was absolutely raw. It looked and tasted like it had barely been baked. Not to mention that it took almost an hour to be delivered. Will not be ordering again!
