Where to start. 1st i Rarely leave comments so if i do its either really good or really bad. Unfortunately this is bad. I went the 1st time early lunchtime. there wasn't anyone in the store. i stood for awhile when i seen a lady walk in from outside. Now i has seen her when i drove up and she seen me. I had no idea this was the worker. Show was outside having a conversation with someone outside. ( i wont even begin to talk about that person, that was a whole different topic) i was confused on why i had to wait but I chalked it up to its early in the day. maybe they are just really slow around that time and she isn't use to having ppl in. she wasn't very friendly but whatever, the pizza was fine so i kept it moving. I gave them another time and this time it was later in the evening. Again i walk in and just stand there and see no one. i hear talking but see no one. Finally someone comes out, still talking mind you and just stands there as for me to order. No Greeting, no nothing. Still talking, i though she was talking to someone in the back, but no she was on the phone. And she stayed on the phone the entire time. She was rude and didn't wash her hands. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GETTING FROZEN PIZZA FROM KROGER. i WOULD FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I think the friends that come in and get free pizza get better customer service than actual paying customers. Both times i was here friends came in for food.

I purchased a supreme pizza and a personal pan pizza The supreme was dry. Had no cheese or sauce you could taste on it Was so disappointed because Pizza Hut was always one of my favorite pizzas

I get them delivered a lot and it's always crappy. I have to remind them to make it good so I can get something decent. My bacon cheese sticks had maybe 5 pieces of bacon bits on it and my chicken Alfredo had very little Alfredo, only 3 pieces of chicken and was overcooked and dry. My pizza was a little dry as well when I can usually eat it the next day heated up and it's still good this time it was not. Plus, everytime I order my food it's always $40 but it's gone up in less than 6 months. It's cost me 5-10 more than my usual order. I can never get a hold of anyone and management is so crappy there that they can't even keep employees because I'm always getting a new driver everytime. And I order about every 2-3 months. Sometimes I'm so busy doing things with my son which we love hanging out together and he's almost 18. But for the first time he didn't touch the chicken Alfredo. Downtown in the west end of Broadway I got sooo much better pizza and they sucked when taking my simple order. They need to get themselves together and do something.

Poor experience, online ordering was the only part that went as expected. Took almost an hour for delivery and had to call twice to even talk to a person, was told it left a few minutes before I called. The food was only warm when it arrived, a portion of the order was wrong, and flavor not as expected.
Delivered my pizza in less then 30 minutes and it was perfect!!! Middletown location.

Couldn’t even come into the establishment because there was a group of employees next to a blue truck doing fireworks. They did it in the parking spot next to my car (which was parked in front of the Pizza Hut entrance) and I heard it hit my car. I will be getting damages evaluated, you’ll be in touch with my lawyer.
I have had 2 issues with delivery from this location. DoorDash drivers don't care how long it takes and hand out orders to the wrong address. They also don't answer their phones.

Horrible customer service, food sat for evidently about 15 minutes and was never brought out for curbside pickup. A $2.11 tip was given to bring out a medium pizza and a small box with a pizza melt in it. Customer service was horrible. After waiting almost 20 minutes and the tracker still showing a 59 minute wait I went into the restaurant where I was informed that I needed to let them know I was there. I showed the girl the tracker where it ahowed I had checked in and she seemed to care less. I asked to have my tip refunded since it was put on there as a gratuity for them bringing out the order. I asked to speak to a manager, a woman came out then passed me to a gentleman. He was not very friendly, I had to repeat the issue multiple times before he seemed to understand I just wanted my tip back. He said he could do that but then ignored me and continued to have a conversation with another employee who walked up. Needless to say knowing I had cold pizzas, had not wasted almost 30 minutes of my time while holding a sick baby ( the reason I wanted curbless to begin with) I slammed my hand on my pizza boxes and left.

I've been to a lot of Pizza Hut locations in my day and this one is second to none! I always order extra sauce and this place delivers. Sometimes I even think I get extra toppings. The cheese always goes all the way to the crust and I never have any bubbles. The employees are absolutely crushing it here. Plus the staff is always super friendly to me. Best location you can find in Louisville for sure!
