Had a miscommunication about a tip paid but new manager investigated and clarified that Door Dash driver was tipped. Fast service with delicious food and really professional management follow-up.

Listen, I do not write bad reviews. I’ve worked in the food industry. I know how it is. I am very patient with restaurants but my experience at this pizza hut location 12/9/2024 was atrocious. I called to place a carry out order. I ordered a dinner box with the medium pan pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. I wanted my pizza to have alfredo sauce, chicken and bacon…that’s it. I arrived at the store to pick up and pay for my order. I sent my friend inside with the money to get it and she comes out with a personal pan pizza with chicken sausage and bacon and the cheese sticks. Even if the toppings were what I ordered, how’s that going to feed 2 adults and a 2 year old? At this time, we had my 2 year old son and her 8 month old daughter in the car and I was not feeling good, so she went back in to have the order corrected. A couple minutes later, she comes out and says that the guy told her I had to come in to fix it. WHY?!? So I go in and despite my aggrevation, I remain calm and patient with the employee. I explain that I did not order a personal pan, I ordered the dinner box with the medium pan pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. The guy goes “We’ve already got this made so I’m not even going to ring you up for it”. Mind you, I’m not feeling good so I go back to my car… my friend goes to get our food. She comes back out and the medium pan pizza had chicken sausage and bacon. At this point I am absolutely livid! I understand making a mistake once but to make the same mistake on a REMAKE is simply carelessness. I had already left because I trusted it was correct this time so I go back to the store and I call to speak to the manager and this is where things smooth out. I asked for a refund and then realized that we weren’t even given a receipt. This tells me that the guy who took my order knew that he made a mistake and tried to cover it up. She goes to reprint our receipt and come to find out WE WEREN’T EVEN RANG UP CORRECTLY. The manager was very upset with the employee understandably so. She brings me my money back and assures us that she will personally make us the correct pizza. She brings it out and finally well over an hour after I placed the order we have what we originally ordered plus cinnamon rolls for the MASSIVE inconvenience. To the manager, we appreciate you for making this right for us which is why I rated 4 stars instead of one and calling corporate. We took the messed up food to the homeless shelter because I am not one to throw away food. I believe in second chances so it’s likely that I will return in the future especially since I doordash in the downtown and brownsboro area but I hope that next time I have a much better experience.

I place the exact same order weekly: 2 large pizzas with extra cheese. I know what extra cheese looks like. I don’t appreciate being laughed at over the phone when I called to get my order corrected, especially when paying an additional $5.50 just for the extra cheese alone. To the worker loudly making fun of me in
the background: no, you did not make it right. 🙄

Put in an online order and the order was made incorrectly. I called in to see if they could correct the item that was made wrong, and the Manager said that they couldn't and wouldn't do anything since the order was from the night before and I had an hour and 15 mins left til they closed to inform them of the mistake the night before. The Buffalo Chicken melt was ordered with no onions and I got it for my lunch the next day and that was how I didn't know it was incorrect. The firs person offered me a credit while the next person said he would not do anything. The credit would have been fine but evidently the first person didn't have the authority to give that and the second one didn't care to help out the customer.

Through no fault of their own the Mountain Dew I ordered wasn't delivered. There needs to be a system where the Dashers are required to deliver everything in an order. I did confirm with the restaurant that my drink left with my order but when I asked the Dasher where my drink was she played like they didn't give it to her and she didn't see it on the receipt even though I showed her exactly where it was on the receipt. Stealing even a small part of a customer's order needs to be addressed with the delivery partner.

DISGUSTING!!! i ordered and was delivered by doordash! they did not put a sticker to show food has not been tampered with!! food taste old, called to speak with manager URON only for him to keep putting me on hold and do nothing! wings had no sauce!!!

Arrived at my 6:15 pickup time and they just gave the order to the wrong person before and only gave me the choice wait another 20 minutes to remake it. No coupons or anything offered for my inconvenience.

Pizza Hut's newest menu has added some new items. I was never keen on Pizza Hut's past cardboard crusts. But recently a new New York thick crust and stuffed crust additions have resurrected the Pizza Hut brand, in my eyes! Check out the brands stock! Stocks don't lie.
Vegetarian options: Mushroom pizza is my favorite. The usual options of green pepper, onion, pepperocini, tomatoes and of course ?. Oh so many choices!
Parking: Parking is never a problem due to the quick, friendly service. Cars are in and out in a split second with more to spare!
Kid-friendliness: They are always especially friendly whenever I have had children with me.
Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair friendly!

"Sorry we didn't have deep dish dough so we made thin crust, but can't refund you the extra $1 you paid for deep dish." "Sorry your thin crust came as a pan, we just gave you a credit to your account" that in 6 weeks still hasn't appeared. They can't get a single order correct, and will never own up to it. We've often paid, waited for delivery, then given it to neighbors because it was entirely wrong, and had to re order elsewhere. Do not go here.
