So I order delivery, my husband has a tip in his pocket and we payed online with our card for the order. When the delivery driver arrives he literally gets an attitude and says you didn't leave a tip??? AND now he won't get the cash tip since he wanna act like that. I could have only had that money to feed my family?? Imagine if that were the case. How bad I'd feel. Luckily that's not the case. This experience was very unprofessional

I ordered a sausage pizza. Was unaware they had two different kinds of sausages. I thought they would do pork automatically if they had two different choices. I called to let them know that messed up my order yet again and the managers mouth was bad. She informed me that I would have to pay for another Pizza if I wanted a remake. So of course since I don't like Italian sausage I wasted my money yet again with Pizza Hut on 7th Street

I ordered several items that were turned over to Doordash for delivery. The driver then apparently skipped to country with my food. I called the store on 7th street the next business day and they were very apologetic and the credit hit my card that day. It wasn’t the store’s fault and it was remedied with one quick phone call. Mistakes happen at every business and how a business deals with them is important. Nobody wants a hassle to clear up someone else’s error.
I tend to order from this Pizza Hut often because, sometimes, it's decent, then other times, you never know what you're going to get. It's better to order in person and wait because the third party deliveries are the worst! I had placed an order online and got a notification that a Doordasher will be bringing it, but it was left on my porch in a chair and once he left, he called to tell me that it was outside. It looks like my pasta was either dropped or felt to the floor in the car during delivery and no one said anything. We couldn't even eat the pasta.
*Edit 10/12/24: My reason for the edit is because of the customer service. I gave them a higher rating because when I have an issue, they are willing to fix it. I was unable to get the manager's name, but he works at night and always very kind, understanding, helpful, and respectful.
