Got delivery from this location and had a lackluster experience. Order was out for delivery for over an hour despite living 3 minutes away. Called to the store to ask about the delay and was fortunately given a refund (still waiting to see that post as of 45 minutes after getting my order)
Pizza and breadsticks weren’t hot or fresh, likely delivered via DoorDash (driver wasn’t in any uniform and car wasn’t marked) which I’ve never had good experiences with specifically with pizza delivery. If you’re on the fence about this place, your best bet is carry out.

Delivery was fast and the people were friendly. With it being delivered so quickly one would assume they were not very busy. I was very disappointed when I opened my wings and they were not boneless. Originally I thought I made a mistake but after checking my receipt, I realized they just didn’t pay attention. When they are super busy these type of mistakes are more acceptable. None of the ladies that placed this order eat bone in wings so we just gave them away and made the best of what we had . Please pay attention to details your customers are dependent on your attention to detail.

Ordered ahead and the food was ready when we arrived. The person working the window apologized bc they were out of an item I ordered but they had upgraded me to a different item at no charge. He was very nice and professional. The food was great. We hadn't had pizza hut in a long time and I'm glad we gave it a chance. Will be ordering from the hut, especially this location, more often in the future

TERRIBLE!!! I ordered online. A 1topping pepperoni pan pizza. Specifically asking for the crust to be brown not burnt. A couple of slices didn’t have any pepperoni on it and it was not pan crust. If it wasn’t 9 pm and me having to rest up for work in the morning I would have returned it to the. The Cinnabons could have been cooked a bit longer as well. I doubt if I will order anything other than a personal pan from this location ever again.

I've Been A Patron Of The Buechel Pizza Hut Since They Opened...I've Never Had Literally Every Single Thing Wrong On An Order Anywhere In My Life Other Than Here Recently. The Sauce, The Temperature, The Toppings, The Everything WRONG! When I Went Back To Express My Utter Frustration I Was Met With An "My Bad" Like It Was No Big Deal At All. I Literally Left Everything There And Walked Out Because I Felt My Furious Side Coming Out, I Can Deal With A Thing Or Two But Even The Chicken Was Wrong, The Dough Didn't Rise So Everyone Had Basically Thin Crust, & I Don't Like Thin Like At All. I Could Tell My Order Remade Would've Had Some Extra Things Done To It Which Is Why I Just Left, Didn't Even Waste My Time Getting The Money Back, It Was The Manager That Made Everything Wrong & Said "My Bad"

Maybe I can get a response here since the phones are useless apparently. Ordered pizza 2 hours ago, it was supposed to be here over an hour ago and I can't get ahold of the store. I was transferred multiple times to the store only to get no answer and a busy signal if it rang at all and no one in their ordering service could help, status says delivered but we have nothing. Absolutely the worst service ever

It's the 3rd time I go to the place and the same person serves me, Very rude. He treats me like he knows me and has some unresolved problem with me. I already had to give this bad opinion because with what happened today the matter crossed the line. We went to place our order and the lady very rudely told us that we had to wait 20 minutes, if I am in a fast food restaurant, there is no need to wait too long just for some bagels with cheese... We waited, and it turns out that the lady smoking a cigarette outside and my order waiting for us and us for him. Finally, it turns out that the food had hair embedded in it. I ate it with tremendous disgust. If that place wants to prosper, I recommend that they change the person who attends and hire someone who is less racist, and more friendly to the public. In addition to being healthy and careful with food.
