Every time I order with extra sauce, there’s practically none except on the edge near the crust. Like you can pull the cheese off and see just bread kind of thing. It never fails. The people are friendly don’t get it wrong. But the quality just seems to be gone

This is how my order was delivered at 7:15, that should have arrived by 5:42 per the Pizza Hut tracker. I ordered this pizza and a free rewards order of Cinnabon. I received 2 pizzas that both looked like the photo and no Cinnabon. I called the store multiple times and was continually hung up on. I've ordered from this store (St. Matthews) for years. After this, I will never order Pizza Hut again. You want to try to rectify? Cancel my charges.

Food was stiff and ice cold because the DoorDasher Pizza Hut sent to deliver the food could not communicate with me to understand the delivery directions, nor could he communicate with me over the phone.

They hire people who cant speak english and have some idea that thats going to work out. Wake up pizza hut. good americans could fill those positions.
I want to give the delivery guy a rave review. He wasn't given my drink to deliver to me. He was apologetic and returned with a Sprite for me. It was so kind and caring! Thank you for your Fantasic Delivery Person.

For the second week this web site would not work and I even have an account! After over 30 minutes of 2 people trying to order we just gave up. Very frustrating. Last time it would not let us get it delivered. I wish they would check the web site and fix it. Going to take a break trying to buy their pizza. When I talked to an employ about the problem their response was that it SHOULD work. I agree.
