My order is messed up... Chicken is the size of a quarter I asked for pizza not hard flat bread with the wrong toppings Roasted garlic bread is burnt to a crisp.

Paid for delivery. Food order was wrong. Called to let them know and call went to a call center. The lady said let me transfer you to the store. It rang for 5 minutes. I tried 3 different times and finally went to the store. They were not busy and the phone was off the hook. Told the lady my order was wrong and she says, "oh, I wondered where that pizza went, oh well we will make you a new one" she yelled out the order to the guy and I said don't forget the extra cheese. She said he knows what the order is. Meanwhile I complained about this experience to the pizza hut chat. I kid you not, the lady in chat asked me a question, I responded and later asked me the same question. 20 minutes on chat while waiting for the new pizza and getting no where. They knew what my order was. All they needed was my phone number. 30 minutes after getting there my pizza comes up and I shit you not, it was wrong too. No extra cheese. I asked the lady where is the extra cheese? She said he probably put it under the pepperoni. I said he's a magician to get extra cheese under each pepperoni and none to cover the sauce. She said well, you didn't pay for extra cheese. I said yes I did, you better check the order. So she did and I was right again. She said well, let me make another one. I told her I've wasted enough of my time and would just take it and left. Not once did the lady at the store apologize for the order being wrong. As far as chat goes, I gave her a piece of my mind when the second order was wrong. I will never order pizza hut again. That place is not what it use to be. The pan pizza I got was doughy and the crust has changed so much over the years. It use to be airy and crunchy. Now it's soggy, greasy and floppy.

Absolutely love Pizza Hut ever since I was a kid but since I don’t work there any more the store manager is holding a petty grudge against me so they won’t answer my phone and they always send door dash not professional at all but I guess that’s to be expected from Courtney and she gets away with it because she’s sleeping with her boss

Pizza wasn’t stuffed crust. Pizza burnt and dry. It was definitely hard to eat this. Waited 20 mins over expected pickup time. Go to papa John’s.
This dining area needs a serious make over. It's dark and old furniture and carpet desperately need replacing..I don't do dine in for the above reason.

My husband and I took our granddaughters tonight for supper..I won't ever do it again!! First no menu posted for dine in..then had to go online to look at what menu options they had..then as we were sitting there figuring out what we wanted and how many pizzas we would like to get..after deciding I walked up to order and nobody walked to get an order and I stood there so I walked back to the table..things got sketchy when a few guys making the pizzas were looking in the dining area and kinda giggling as well which led me to believe that something was going to be done to our food...on top of that no drinks at all..the counters were stacked with pizzas boxes randomly stacked to the ceiling just about plus really dim light at the counter..how can you not serve at the least bottled drinks and only have pizzas?!?! So we left and the store missed out on a great sale and a HEFTY tip...I will never go back...it's unfortunate because pizza hut used to be the place to be with fantastic food and drinks..music and just plain fun to hang out with friends and family...now it's far from being the great place it once was... especially the one on Newcut Road...no I don't recommend...

Pizza toppings were wonderful. The thin crust has changed it's not thin and not as good as it use to be. It seemed to change about the same time you introduced tavern style crust.
