They don't even get your order right. Then can't help fix it. Bad customer service

This used to be a nice location years ago. The dining room has been sealed off, so there is no longer a nice dine in area. My go to Pizza Hut order is a Pan pizza and the last few months they have been very soggy and undercooked bottom crust. And the taste recently has been like chemical like. Not sure why this location has gone so far down hill.

Crissy Paying it forward
As I’m sitting here on hold for 15 minutes I know the person on the phone was lying to me. She didn’t feel like fixing the issue so lied and put me on hold instead of resolving it. They ran out of ham no biggie so I requested bacon and they sent me my order to my address no bacon and under cooked bread. She argued with me and said they don’t put uncooked dough in the box then put me on hold intentionally and never got back with me. I just wanted my problem to be fixed and she was unprofessional. Since she won’t fix it and do her job I’ll be calling corporate. She had the audacity to ask me to bring it back seriously I paid for delivery for a reason. Don’t worry cooperate will be open tomorrow honey.

Very good food with timely, friendly and courteous service.
Great pleasant experience, I had been having the worst day and then I ordered at the wrong store and had to drive to this store instead of my valley station store and the manager at the lower hunters store Jordan was very polite and treated me better than the other location. I will be driving the extra distance now to the lower hunters store. Pizza was excellent.

New york style pizza was bone dry like it had been sitting for hours. Ordered shakers and didnt get. Called store was told online orders have to call customer service. Called them and still no help. Do NOT order from their website. Even if you dont get some of your order. They will not do anything.

I make an order at 12:40am on Friday, June 21st for pick up in 15 minutes. When I made it to the store for pick up there was inside a blonde girl and a short dark skin guy and both looked at me from the inside like I was crazy, even when I was showing them my online order through the glass.
