Our first experience was at the Cincinnati Open. Corporate should go back and help that franchise owner because they did a great job at that event. Staff, and even the manager, who seems more intent on prepping things than waiting on customers ,almost ignores the presence of people until the line is much too deep …wait time has become absurd there
