Cookies are good, coffee was maybe ok.

The cookies are good, but the Nazi reading material kept on the counter is a little off putting. This establishment has a subscription to a magazine that prints disproven antisemitic propaganda and they’re proud of it. Unfortunately, I had already made my purchase before noticing the pro-Hamas rag.

Please and Thank You was recommended by a friend of a friend who roadtripped to all fifty states and said this was the best cookie out there. She was right!!!

Food is awesome! Got a derby bar and some cookies since we’re from out of town. We also grabbed two drinks suggested by the barista on deck. Everything tastes really good. So sad I don’t have one by me. Will definitely be back if I’m near by. Barista was nice and asked us about ourselves as well. Super cute and friendly environment. Harvest Moon iced and Honey Boy hot are both good!

Very disappointed with the price. I saw on your website that you had a sale on a dozen chocolate chip cookies for $20. I drove a long way to your Frankfort Ave location and didn’t find out until I went to pay that I was being charged full price. Apparently the sale price was only valid on orders to be shipped. There was no mention of this anywhere in your promotional add. I feel I was mislead and purchased the dozen chocolate chip cookies anyway because I’ve heard such great things about them. I don’t know if I’ll ever return to your store. ?

My kids and I enjoyed our time at Please and Thank You Frank. We were able to enjoy indoor seating on a hot day with our delicious drinks, cookies and bars. The barista even provided us with some travel tips for the area--which he went above and beyond in doing so!

This one star is exclusively for the boxed DIY cookie mix. I was excited to take them back to Ohio to make my own at home. It was like $32 for the box but I figured it was worth a try because the cookies in the store were good. Once I got back, I looked at the ingredients list out of curiosity. Why are you selling flour and chocolate chips for $32??? No exaggeration. I should’ve taken a picture for proof. Followed instructions to a T and they did NOT turn out well flavor-wise. Would NOT recommend the box cookie mix.
