The food took forever to come out. Over 35 min. Asked for butter at least three times. Never got it. The food was just average. Definitely not worth the wait.
Really good cookies. Pleasant experience.
Best coffee in the area, and to top that, their cookies are even better. Wake up and go their, it will be better than anything else 😂
Get the cookie! 🍪
Appreciate the solid Americanos here! :)
P&TY is a must every time I'm in Louisville. Great cookies, great coffee, great vibes. Highly recommend the Harvest Moon.
The brownie...OMG
The peanut butter cream pie ..YES
The chocolate chip cookie...HOW is it so good?!?!
YES Please and Thank You!
On vacation we stumbled upon this place and got an oatmeal cream pie and peanut butter cream pie. These cookies were so amazing we came back the next morning to get more to take home! These cookies staff were super nice and the vibe made my 90s inner child feel like she’d died and gone to heaven. I wish I could pack this place up and take it home with me!
Best chocolate chip cookie EVER!!!
I’m an avid coffee drinker. Love my espresso drinks. Moved into the area under a year ago and have ventured out to try numerous coffee shops. Have been mediocre with some slightly better places. Was told by a coworker to try Please and Thank You as it was supposed to be fantastic. We went to “Frank” location, got our usual iced vanilla latte with oat milk. First drink, I about spit out. It tasted like they had brewed the espresso for someone else and then rebrewed it into my drink. Figured it was a fluke, so went to the Mark location to try again. SAME THING. Honestly, worst latte I’ve had from a commercial business. Not to mention, the latte was $9.35. More than Starbucks, more than any other coffee shop I’ve ever been to. For this, I absolutely will not return. Please and Thank you, but no thank you.

I visited this coffee shop excited because I heard it was amazing! However, when I got there, I wasn't sure if they assumed everyone had been there before, but they weren't friendly at all! The person taking the orders didn't ask me if I wanted a certain size when I ordered a coffee and a chai. I had to ask for what types of milk they have; he didn't ask me anything else at all. I gave two stars just because the coffee and chai were good. But service was odd. I have no intention of returning there.

Accepts e-pay, which is good cause because I was out and about with wallet and wanted a coffee, Needed! Got a Spanish Latte. Only disappointment was I should have got a 16oz! Boy was it good!
Dietary restrictions: Don't come here if you are on a diet!

Unlike the coffee and sugar coated cookies I loved the music and vibe here. It is overrated.

First of all they have the best chocolate chip cookie in Louisville. Period. Honestly it might be one of the best chocolate chip cookies in the country. Their other baked goods are good as well. Second, they have great customer service. I ordered cookies online to ship to my friend out of town. I typed in the right address but my Apple Pay overrode it and the shipping address ended up being mine. I didn't find out until after they marked the cookies as shipped. I called the Market location and they happily connected me to the bakery. The person at the bakery went through the orders about to be shipped out and found my order to change the label for me. Little things like that go a long way. Most places would have told me it was too late. I always recommend P&TY to anyone coming in from out of town.
