This a Mexican restaurant New business. Communication wasn't the best, but they tried. The food was ok, but not seasoned very well. Not what I would expect from a Mexican restaurant. I'll give them a little while and try again. Hopefully, all the kinks will be worked out.

Open this place back up!!! I've been here twice on trips through the area and it's a great Ponderosa.I'm so sick of corporate forcing franchises to shut down etc.People love Ponderosa and they get lots of business.If she some on charge can't get with the program we need to reopen or open across the street and we exactly the same just a different name or play on the name!I'm sick of them trying to take my Ponderosa away!

They used to be awesome but the quality of the food has declined over the years. Staff is always friendly though! I'm a little biased on the food though probably because I don't like buffets much

Loved this place! So sad to hear that the Preston Highway location will be closing its doors for good Sunday August 16, 2020.

I spoke to the manager before I arrived at the store for me and three children then I get to the store and we follow all of the guidelines as was asked and we allowed someone to service our food and she was awesome even the lady at the desert bar the waitress however it not want point-in-time never asked us for anything we had to ask her for napkins we had to ask her for sweet tea it wasn't sweet she offered us a couple of equal packets that was not going to happen , she never did come back to check on us or anything else you get what you pay for the service that you give out to service that you'll get back I gave her $2 tip and she's lucky she got that me I used to be a waitress that you should check on your customers it's not like they was at all busy very unsatisfied and the chicken taste as if it had set quite a long time not like my fried chicken whatsoever nor do I think that was real hamburger for the meatloaf yuck

If there were 0 stars, I'd give them that. We eat here regularly, however after today, I'll never give them another dime! The hostess was incompetent and after the third time she charged my card incorrectly, I politely asked for a refund of all the transactions. She couldn't do it and called a manager. A woman came barging from the kitchen and was so incredibly rude, there aren't words. She walked off while I was speaking and spoke in a disrespectful manner. I left with all credit to my account in hand , however I feel sorry for others who are overcharged. Always good food and good service, but I couldn't even get to a table to experience that part. All people wearing masks wore them incorrectly. Not safe, Never again!

Great food and a lot of food. Customer service was great. The buffet was a good and cheap as well.

Steaks were pretty good, service was good, but didn't like not being able to fill my own plate. I guess when you're picky it don't help at times lol.

No cashier at front when we entered. She wizzed past and delivered to grub hub and never acknowledged us. Even when it appeared she might take our order she again dashed off. Manager finally took our order and then we were seated for a full 5 minutes before a waitress asked if we had been served.

Excited they are open once again!Great food as always! Slightly modified buffet because of Covid19. Now they load the plates for you, you just tell them what and how much you want.Way to go staff!

They don't have the little chicken drums anymore and that was the ONLY reason I still visited there so needless to say, I won't be going back

Not a lot to choose from. The food was warm and delicious tho. Feel like you should put steak on the buffet line instead of paying for it seperatley

Not a fan! My opinion, Ponderosa is not really practicing social distancing with the amount of people standing in line on top of each other and waiting in line for waiters to make their plates. Need to come up with a better process if they plan to stay open during this pandemic. The food was not that great for the cost of it.
