My order was never called out, just stuffed into a warmer bag on the counter. After everyone around me was getting their food, I finally went up to ask about my order. Some guy pulls it out of this bag that is clearly prepped for carryout. Not so much as a sorry. While the service was wanting, the food was very good. Maybe that was an off day for them, however this was my experience on this day.
I ordered from the drive thru. I ordered the 16 piece dinner with 3 sides and biscuits. I also wanted the chicken tenders but they only had spicy available so I got nuggets instead. Of the 3 sides I ordered one was wrong. The food tastes great and the staff was friendly. For $62 I would prefer to have a correct order but at least they were friendly!!
Ordered 20 mins before I got there and when I did get there I had to wait another 10 mins the food is not worth the wait the drive thru lady was rude too

The chicken was cold, and the shrimp was colder. I guess their heating lamps weren't working. The biscuit was old, I guess. The outside of the biscuit was hard, not fresh and soft, like usual.

I bought a chicken and it was old, the pieces were too small and it also came with feathers! Very bad quality.
the lady who works the window in the early afternoon is one of the best employees on that shift, I belive if you are going to have people working in your store, make sure they can speak English. it just makes things work so much better. even tho they messed up my order, I still shop with them.

fountain soda machine was down, no diet drinks, employees looked like they did not enjoy being there at all, homeless man came in and just took someone's door dash order, another homeless man came in and got free chicken?? the ladies working the counter did not seem too pleasant at all and loud conversations from the back of house can be heard throughout the dining room.
