They supposedly open at 10. They almost never have any food ready then because they seem to have somebody not show up for work every time I've tried there. It'll always be a 15-20 minute wait for food.

Went to Popeyes on bardstown road, ordered sweetandspicey wings got home and set down to eat and when I took first bite I go about an 6-7 inch lack hair , I won't go back and it's too bad because I really like the food

Got the 12pc, 6 signature hot and 6 ghost pepper. I have never had Popeyes befor an was pleasantly surprised at this location.
Possibly the worst fast food in Fern Creek. Fern Creek has so much terrible fast food it's hard to say who's the worst. Popeyes serves a wonderful fried gristle sandwich if you like that sort of thing. Greasy fries and flat coke is normal. Stop wasting your money on overpriced junk like this and eat at home. Paying $10-$12 for a sandwich and a coke that's flat is nothing but stupid. My fast food days have almost come to an end, especially in Fern Creek where the outlet employees barely speak English.

Half of the container is either eaten in the back or the portions at this location serves half portions than all in America I have photos. Also that strawberry dessert is only a dried up week old hard as a rock biscuit which has no drizzle like the photos and NOT EDIBLE

Management is not professional at all. A couple of months ago I witness the manager running around the lobby with other employees while I was waiting for over 30 minutes with no explanation on my order only to get home and realize that the tenders in one of my orders were undercooked. I did not call about the issue because it was close to closing time so I knew nothing would be done. Today I ordered through door dash and my order was missing the drink and had the wrong sides. I’m new to this area and can already tell I will not like coming to this location. I will most likely travel the 25 minutes to the Middletown location where the employees seem to take their job a little more serious.

I would NOT recommend this Popeyes location, the Manager Ravi is rude. This establishment advertises a specific deal and when ordered I was told they can’t do it. It’s concerning that they offer a deal and have signs outside but customers can’t order it. When I questioned the “Manager” he didn’t have a response and said he can’t do it. As a manager you should be able to accommodate the customer as it’s something YOU offer. I won’t be coming back to this location and I wouldn’t advise anyone else to either. Very poor service.

I didn't get 1/2 my food. I had to go to work and couldn't go back that night. Then tried to call and voice-mail is full. Called another ctr and they said I have to talk to the ctr I got it from. I will never go back.
