It was around 9 and their delivery truck pulled in as we ordered. They we out of chicken pieces, so we got chicken tenders with sides.

The men on shift were nice, polite, and funny when it was warrented. Folks ahead of us never ordered and sped off like their hair was on fire. LOL.

Got my order wrong then proceeded to take the wings I had already touched and said that they was going to reuse them. Asked to speak with the manager who ignored my request while in eyesight of me and said if I want the wings that they originally gave me that I would have to pay for them 🫤

The food is NEVER fresh ! Yall open at 10am and I order food by 10:30/11am and it’s always old and not fresh ! Like come on now that’s ridiculous !

I ate here with my daughter. They need more training for the cashier. Ran into a dilemma about my order which caused me to have to wait for my refund but also to pay again for the correct order. So before you pay make sure that your order is correct. I had to go back and get my refund in order and the GM was excellent at making it right. I will eat here again but be very thorough next time with checking my order before paying.

Couldnt understand the guy in the drive-through . I ordered boneless wings and they gave me wings with bones in them . Nobody answered the phone when i tried to call. The answer machine is full and this went on for 2 hours. I dont have gas todrive back up there. So i just went withiut dinner.

I've gotten several orders from here from Uber eats. I like the convenience of it but not when the order is wrong. Today isn't the first time but this one annoyed me the most. Did the buy one get one signature bone in hot wings and received one order of boneless barbecue wings. On no earth has my fiance ever wanted a boneless wing and if he did it would only be hot.
