Order the soup and sandwich combo with a turkey sandwich extra meet. Received a toasted full tuna salad sandwich. No way to contact this shop. Phone rings with no answer. Very disappointed.

I can honestly say this is the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Granted this was a DoorDash order but they can’t be blamed for none of the toppings I requested being added (Mayo, ranch, lettuce, pickles, vinaigrette) or even all the ingredients (no provolone) being included. Literally all I got was a few thin slices of deli meat and stale bread. It would be funny if this didn’t cost me 30 dollars (after dash fees). And talk about shrinkflation. This is like 1/3 the size of a subway footlong. At least if someone ever asks me the question, “what’s the worst sandwich you’ve ever (partially) eaten?”, I can now have an immediate response. That’s the silver lining I’m coming away with.
This is our first visit to this location. The combo deal is an excellent value. We paid $8 for a sandwich, bag of chips, and a fountain drink. I had a lemonade that was great! I ordered the Ham and Swiss. My wife ordered the Turkey and Swiss. Quick and easy. I will definitely eat here again. This location is highly recommended!
Fast and amazing quality!
Horrible hands down horrible service I went in and asked to be able to buy a drink and use one of their outside chairs that were placed indoors to sit outside. Because the cold doesn't bother me. And there's too many people in the store. And in a very rude tone, she looked at me and was like, can I help you? And then told me to proceed to move out of the other customer's way. And she'll deal with me in a minute. My hands downYou don't want to eat here the rudeness is unbelievable
Maybe the worst potato soup ever.
I work downtown and have door dashed Potbelly several times in the last few months, as I used to love their sandwiches over Subway. I can say I will no longer order from this establishment. Today, was the kicker for me, I like my bread toasted, but the last 3-4 times it’s been so toasted the bread is hard as a rock and black and no edible. Today, I ordered a BLTA and it has 1 slice of bacon and what I would assume was a less than band-aid size smear of avocado, although I wanted all of the BLTA toppings (there were no substitutions). My last few sandwiches have also been rather underwhelming. Hate to say good bye, but I won’t be wasting my money here anymore.
Wonderful atmosphere and kind customer service! Thank you!!!

First time in Louisville here attending the Cross Conference and wanted a good lunch in between sessions. Stumbled upon Potbelly’s and it didn’t disappoint! Employees were very kind, and the food was made according to my mobile order exactly when it was projected to be done. My Turkey Avo sandwich was fresh and made to order and my cheddar broccoli soup was the perfect thing to warm up on a cold day!
Had a great take on a Cubano, very delicious. Nice location off 4th street live.

To whoever made my sandwhich this morning, I hope that both sides of your pillow stay cool, you plug in all your USB devices right the first time, and you succeed at everything you do. It was perfect.
