First visit at this location and it was great. Super friendly staff and fast service! Clean and tidy. The food was excellent and my wife absolutely loves the chili!We will definitely be back! Try it out. I don't remember the name of the sub I had but it has 4-5 different meats.Parking: Better off walking but parking garages and lots are very close byKid-friendliness: High Chairs are available.

Potbelly (this one is downtown on 4th street) is more than just another lunch place; it's become one of my go-to spot hands down when I’m in the mood for a sandwich, especially their Steakhouse Beef. I love this location and visit here about once a week. The food is good, the tea is good, the staff are *excellent*. They're always friendly, kind, and helpful. Knocked off one star because the corporate support for this location *sucks*. The loyalty program doesn't integrate well with the POS system, and so the store often cannot honor loyalty rewards, which makes things hard on the staff and customers. Also, the loyalty program shouldn't require an app download. No one wants to fill up their phone with apps that only do one thing - and in this case it's done poorly, or not at all.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options exist. About the same as other sandwich shops. Not great, but not nonexistent either.Parking: No parking on 4th street; must park around the corner at a meter on the street or in a paid garage
