I went today with my mom and we order two sandwiches to dine in a steak an a cubano they both came out toasted from outside but cold the inside ,eating cold pork and cold steak is not fun I asked to reheat and for hygiene reason they couldn’t ,I understand but I did not see a real apologies or the intention to make things right the ,place was slow at so point it was just my mom and myself in the dine ,why everything need to be rushed,? we left with cold sandwiches to reheat at home ,no planning to come back …

Nothing special, priced a little high... The powerhouse salad with the spicy ranch I thought was actually better than Mama's meatball sub and the Italian with the added red wine vinegar.... Oreo cookie shake was blended too much actually, zero chunks at all of Oreos but of course it was good... Lots of other options to eat close by so we'll probably not be back but like I said, good overall but nothing special

For a lunch, this was perfect. A “big” meatball sandwich is not nearly as intimidating as it sounds, although it was quite good. Ryan and the rest of the crew were very friendly and upbeat, while the sandwich, the chili, the chips, and the drink were all good as well. A clean, quiet, pleasant, and comfortable place to sit and relax. All in all, a good meal at a fair price, in a nice place. What’s not to like?

I was in the Paddocks shops one day and thought I would grab some lunch. For a quick bite, I would typically go to Noodles and Company for a meal, however, it has closed and is not there anymore. Potbelly I thought it would be a great option, sandwiches, noodles, or soup. It was busy since it was lunch time, there were a lot of folks there for lunch. I decided to get a sandwich. As a vegetarian, I got the veggie sandwich. They ask you what type of bread you like, and then toast the sandwich. At the next counter you are able to add toppings. I added lettuce, tomato, and some mayo. I paid for the meal at the register and I had signed up for the potbelly rewards. The best part about this sandwich is that there was space to have it at Potbelly. The sandwich was still warm and already cut in half. It was satisfying and delicious. It hit the spot for a quick lunch. I ate the whole thing. Given that I’ve set up rewards, I have a lot of reasons to go back as the perks are constant and ever present.

WOW, it's been a while since I've been here, and now I remember why. My sandwich came out cold and just had no flavor. The Employees working were too busy arguing with another Patron , who was trying to explain about her wrong order to get anybody's attention. That poor lady left Mad and then all the employees went into the back and were SO loud about who's was right and who was wrong, NOT to Mention HOW Dirty this place is ... Definitely won't come back to this place! TOO Many better places to eat...what a shame ...

This was my first trip to Potbelly Subs anywhere and it was at best a mediocre and underwhelming experience. There were absolutely no people in the restaurant on a Friday night at 8:30. I asked the server what I should get and she was not very much help so I selected the turkey avocado. I asked if it was hot and she says it was. Quickly I discovered it really wasn't that hot because the oven wasn't working at least the conveyor belt. The poor lady had to pull the sandwich through the oven and burned her hand in the process. The other toppings weren't super clear either and the choices were kind of limited. I'm hoping it tastes good but I've reset my expectations to kind of mediocre at best. We will see
Thoroughly enjoy this place! Their sandwiches are awesome. Almost always get the pizza sandwich. Good food for a reasonable price. The staff is very nice and quick.

We went in for a quick lunch and our bill was about 33$, i handed the cashier two $25 gift cards and asked if i could use them. She ran the first one and told me i owed 7$ and some change, confused, I told her I gave you two gift cards. She started digging through trash and at this time, in charge person came over to assist and due to the line being long, she told me not to worry about the remaining balance and moved me along.So now I’m out of a gift card. I didn’t think the in charge person understood what was happening so my husband went back to counter to explain when the line was gone. He explained that we handed the cashier two 25$ gift cards, which the in charge person dismissed us and said there has been only three gift cards used that day and ours was only third one. Ok, that’s fine but I don’t see how it’s my problem that I handed cashier two cards and one went missing once it was in her possession.There is a security camera which honestly they could’ve easily checked to verify my story but no remedy was offered to us except for being called a liar.
