Grabbed a late afternoon lunch...Chicken PotPie and a chocolate shake...some very nice young ladies served me....thought food was a little overpriced..but was very satisfied overall..
Long Long time ago I had Potbelly in downtown Louisville and did not think it was good. Ordered today my usual I would get at a Jersey Mikes or Publix and this place was OUTSTANDING the food was a flavor explosion. I got a Turkey Big and The peppers and the little spices all over the toppings was AMAZING I do not remember potbelly being this good and it is definitely more tasty then Jersey Mikes Subway and Firehouse and Schlotzsky's I WILL be back OUTSTANDING sub top notch

I came in today to pick up a catering order only to find out that I had mistakenly placed it for the wrong date. The staff at this location were so friendly, helpful, understanding, and kind in a situation that was so obviously my fault. Every single person I talked to did nothing but try to help me. They helped brainstorm how I could still get what I needed for my business meeting despite my mistake. They managed to do all of this DURING LUNCH when they were obviously busy. The team working lunch shift today saved my meeting with kindness and grace. I am so thankful for them! And the food is great too lol.

3/26 745pm Give those two girls working a huge raise. My wife and I were running late due to my work and these two girls were all smiles and great customer service even though it was obviously very near closing. We of course asked before ordering and instead of attitude they were both totally friendly and cheerful and the food was amazing! Great job they saved the day!
I’ve been a longtime Potbelly fan, and this location did not disappoint! I stopped in while traveling from Indiana to Kentucky and had a great experience. The location is convenient, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and the sandwiches are outstanding. The quality of the food really stands out, especially for the price. I’ll definitely make this a regular stop on future trips!

Loved my visit to Potbelly Sandwich Shop. The employees were really sweet and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. My sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and honestly hit the spot. Quick service, great food, and good energy all around—definitely coming back.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this old fellow felt it was deserved. I stopped by Potbelly and was warmly greeted by some very polite young ladies who treated me with real kindness and respect. The sandwich was hot, fresh, and made just right—no shortcuts taken. Good food, good service, and a pleasant visit all around. I’ll be back if these old legs allow it.

there’s a long hair in my sandwich, which would make sense since the cashier was more worried about her braiding her hair, then checking me out. there’s a long hair in my sandwich, which would make sense since the cashier was more worried about her braiding her hair, then checking me out
I ate here for the first time today, lunch. If you too have been intrigued by the name and found yourself curious about this sandwich shop, save your time, and especially your money. The garlic aoli on my partner's sandwich was watery! Watery aoli? Seriously?
I ordered the garden soup, which was supposed to be choc full of veggies, but was thin and almost no veggies. The garlic in the soup was heavy handed and the only discernable flavor, despite the predominance of canned corn and a smattering of white beans. All 8 ounces cost $7.39, plus tax. The 1.5 oz bag of chips are 2.39. Outrageous. Also, the floors and tables were filthy.
Next time I will trust my better sense and go to Jersey Mike's!

The staff here in this location are usually great; however, the dining area is consistently filthy. The tables had food and trash from previous customers, and many tables are unstable. Dec 16 2025, the trash was overflowing.
