After a bad experience at the chipotle up the street, (getting lunch for my children), the visit to this Potbelly location was a breath of fresh air. The associates were very friendly and the food was fresh and tasty.

We went in for a quick lunch and our bill was about 33$, i handed the cashier two $25 gift cards and asked if i could use them. She ran the first one and told me i owed 7$ and some change, confused, I told her I gave you two gift cards. She started digging through trash and at this time, in charge person came over to assist and due to the line being long, she told me not to worry about the remaining balance and moved me along.So now I’m out of a gift card. I didn’t think the in charge person understood what was happening so my husband went back to counter to explain when the line was gone. He explained that we handed the cashier two 25$ gift cards, which the in charge person dismissed us and said there has been only three gift cards used that day and ours was only third one. Ok, that’s fine but I don’t see how it’s my problem that I handed cashier two cards and one went missing once it was in her possession.There is a security camera which honestly they could’ve easily checked to verify my story but no remedy was offered to us except for being called a liar.

Good food, the bathroom was a bit dirty and they had a bunch of items near the door to get in. They were pretty slow that evening. Took a bit longer than most locations for an employee to come out from the backroom.

They run a promo for bogo subs online only, and shut down their online ordering all day so unable to even eat here to get their promo they have been running. Waited over a week to try this place specifically for the special they were running. Drove all the way here and wasted my time trying to order as they turned off none ordering yet run a special for online orders only. Never been here before and was excited to try, now I’ll definitely never eat here and encourage others to do the same. Haven’t heard many positive things about this place anyways. To make matters worse I’ve been calling all day and they did not answer the phone once. I live close to here but will gladly drive miles past this place to eat at other sandwich shops. This place might as well not exist. Terrible experience and didn’t even get to try their food, that should let you know all you need to know.

Most scrumptiously delicious meal I’ve ever had in my entire life. Servers were incredibly educated at their jobs, and had beautiful service.Vegetarian options: Have whole sandwiches, dedicated to vegetarian options plus can modify any sandwich to fit the vegetarian dietDietary restrictions: Very good with all dietary restrictions will listen to your every need and can modify any sandwich at the request of customersParking: Huge parking lot plenty of spots to parkKid-friendliness: Workers were very kind to all kids and children’s meals are extremely cheap and well-made and delicious. My 6 yr old daughter loves her turkey and Swiss.Wheelchair accessibility: Extremely accessible to wheelchair individuals they have a bell and no steps. They’re also incredibly kind and patient to people who cannot see over the counter.

Overall not a good experience. The staff wasn’t friendly. My husband got a chicken club and I got the Mediterranean, both made per menu description. There was no flavor and the “heated” sub was cold. The spicy humus was not spicy and lacked flavor. The cucumber on my sandwich was the only ingredient that tasted good. The staff told us to go to the register, we paid and then the person making our sandwich asked us across the store, what toppings we wanted on our subs. Definitely won’t be back. Jimmy John’s makes a much more flavorful sandwich.

This morning I went to this location with my Mom for an early lunch. We both ordered a sandwich and soup. I first noticed that the employees were working with their AirPods in which I believe is very unprofessional. I am in the industry and that would not be allowed in my restaurant. Once we sat down to eat, my Mom told me that her soup wasn't even hot. I checked my chili and mine was not hot either. The employee knowingly served us cold soup. Also went to get our fountain drinks and the machine wasn't even on yet. I immediately asked for a refund for everything because that is ridiculous. The "manager" that refunded me also did not even apologize for the inconveniences of our service and food. I do NOT recommend going to this Potbelly. Staff was terrible and very unfriendly. Food was cold.

Took me 45 minutes to get a sandwich. There were 4 employees and one other customer but they were NOT interested in doing any actual work. I had to ask them multiple times to continue working on my sandwich.
