I was taking a walk on Frankfort Avenue, and happened to see this place. I ordered a hot caramel mocha. It was delicious. The staff member was very polite. I will return!

Really enjoyed Hotel Marty! Had great coffee (and matcha), excellent food, and the atmosphere/seating makes it. We sat outside in their covered pavilion and it was PERFECT. Will absolutely come again!

The cold brew is very good and they carry Blue Dog eats, both sweet and savory. Unfortunately, espresso-tonics are not currently offered here, but that's not abig deal. (Though, espresso-tonics are arguably the best coffee drinks for hot weather, which is definitely on its way.) My experience here was quite nice and I plan on returning.
The most impressive attribute of this place is its capaciousness. They have ample street level and second story seating, including both a street level patio and a balcony patio. The second story space even has a screen and overhead projector. It would be perfect for small-to-medium sized business meetings.

Barista was incredibly kind and helpful. Coffee was great and the sugar cookies were so good we had to come back the next day to stock back up :) also got a great story about the history of the location.
