Prova is an awesome new Italian bar in Louisville! I went there for the Taylor Swift listening party last Friday and was pleasantly surprised. They have a good sized bar with a nice patio attached. I had two drinks - one was The Showgirl which was a special that night, and the other was called the Red Right Hand. Both came in glasses chilled by what I believe was liquid nitrogen which was cool to see. They both had very balanced flavors and the Red Right Hand came with an orange flavored bubble thing on top (you’ll have to look at the picture). Our drinks also came with some olives and nuts, so I felt like I was right back in Italy. I love that they make their own spirits and might have to buy a bottle next time I’m in.

Delicious cocktails that Kentucky Moon thing with the Oreo cookie was stellar! Amonth or so I had the privilege of checking out prova. Thanks to my favorite steak and potato food truck SOB! Steak, oysters and baked potatoes! I even won free merch ..I'll be back. I'll bring some friends🫡

Very thoughtfully crafted cocktails and great wine selection. Stopped in on a Sunday during Louder Than Life when crowds may be more diminished. They had food pop ups and giveaways going on and it was pretty well attended during slower hours. Owners mentioned that they had food trucks periodically. I was so pleased to see they had a full parking lot and the parking situation was so effortless. I’m so excited to have this place in the neighborhood and can’t wait to see where it goes.

Went here with girlfriends and loved the vibe here! The drinks were amazing, art from local artists, and they had a food truck in the parking lot. Tons of parking which was also a plus! Can’t wait to go back for brunch!
