Ordered at the window the gentleman working immediately told us he didn’t have waffle cones or the flavor written on the menu. Finally after pointing both out he rung us up. First ice cream was incorrect, asked for a Oreo cheesecake with cookie dough. He handed us just a cookie dough. He then handed us an Oreo cheesecake with no cookie dough. (Whatever, it’s fine we just gave up on that) Then he handed us our serving ice-cream… which was suppose to be in a waffle cone (which at the register he told us he didn’t have which got corrected by another employee)… maybe the cashier was just new.. finally we just left. I w always heard good things and ended up disappointed.

Top flight ice cream shop, good variety of flavors, i love the Blue monster personally. They load you up with ice cream so it's a great value as well. I'd highly recommended coming here for your ice cream fix. They recently expanded their menu to include food items. I however, never tried them.

It was a complete disappointment. The staff are kinda snotty. The girl that took my order didn’t listen tried to give us waffle cones. Higher prices. We definitely will not return.

Was up there a couple days ago and the customer service was terrible, the man who appears to be the owner started screaming and cussing at these two teen girls, very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Will not be returning.
