Was at the front of the line and was told to wait while they fixed some online ordered.. ok… waited for about five minutes, and while I was in line, one of the other workers asked if they could borrow a phone charger… cool, I had one, so I went help her get her phone back on. Walked back over and the manager said” we’re only doing online orders now, can’t help”… I’m sorry? Huh?? Sorry, no orders.It’s 9:50, the store says it closes at 11. The worker who I helped tried to vouch for me, say she took me away from the line, but the manager was sticking to it, definitely not going to serve a customer in line.Managaer needs to be replaced. That was nuts.

When i first arrived i noticed that the place was super filthy. There were about 2 customers in front of me however it took about a hour to get our food. The workers moved very slowly and most of them were out smoking on break. My partner ordered the chicken tortilla soup and the worker put it in the bowl that the burrito bowls come in which is impossible to eat soup out of. Once we finally got to checking out they asked for a tip many times when the service was awful. most of the employees were on their phones the whole time. When we checked out i was informed that they were out of chips and the soda machine is down. Horrible. When we finally got to eat our food it was freezing. The soup had not been cooked and was frozen cold. When we went to throw our trash away the trash was overflowing. Would NOT recommend.

The worst food I’ve ever had from qdoba. The girl who worked this morning had a attitude and was making the food as if she was in a rush to get people out, just slapping food on people's stuff any kind of way. She was talking over customers before the could even finish saying what they wanted. She also was on her phone for a good minute with the gloves she was making food with. Worst experience. Not cleanly. Y’all need new staff because no one in there was friendly or welcoming or in a good mood for working. I will not be ordering from here again. I want a refund !

Every time I come in to get a meal,I wait at least 20 to 25 mins,or the food looks so bad I have to turn around and leave,I've been working in this area for years and the whole time on a daily the employees are outside smoking marijuana in a group, yesterday they were out front smoking weed,but most days there on Jefferson side,it's upsetting because there were a lot of families with children passing by looking upset about this,I'm guessing it's allowed since it's been going on for years,I thought by now the police would of ran into them doing this,it's a issue because when you go to order your food,they all are dragging and acting if the customer is bothering them by putting in a order.

I ordered the 3 taco meal for $12.55 for my daughter. They were small tortillas, which is fine, except there was only about a tablespoon of hamburger meat, a couple of pieces of shredded lettuce, and the tiniest amount of sour cream and cheese. It was pitiful. My daughter was still hungry. It looked nothing like the picture. The taco should have been full. I had a taco bowl for the same price. It was a very good amount of food. I didn’t think it tasted very good, though. I think maybe the cilantro rice tasted odd. It will probably be our first and last Qdoba visit.?
