Take out order fulfilled incorrectly. Picture enclosed. The cashier sealed up the bag right in front of me, so she certainly had the opportunity to tell me "oh by the way, I gave you a completely different drink than the one you ordered. I hope that's okay".

food tasted good but the service was subpar and they were quite snippy. I ordered a quesadilla and the worker put the chicken on the bare tortilla, no cheese on the bottom. Also if you want a kids meal at this location it doesn’t come with a fountain drink, pure insanity. I’ll be sure not to come back to this location, a waste of time and money.
I love coming to Qdoba at this location. It is easy to access and the staff here is always friendly and fast! Qdoba never disappoints to deliver the best fresh-mex around! Shout out to Geisis, Jordan, Ronal!

Customer abuse. Where is the courtesy??? I really feel disappointed by the way in which, as Latinos, they discriminate against us.

The food, as always, was very good, unfortunately this was not the case with the cleanliness of the place and the attention of the workers, the place was very dirty and there was no one to attend us, when we went to sit down there was nowhere since the chairs were on top of the tables and the few tables that were available were very dirty, I think they should take their work more seriously and try to keep the place cleaner, it is a shame that it is like this today since it is one of the most Clean from this place and I visit it very frequently and after COVID they changed the manager who has the place very clean, nothing like a few years ago

This crew deserves a raise! We arrived 15 minutes before closing, as we had planned on a stay at the Drury after ten hours of driving. Even though they were mopping the floors, they were courteous and welcomed us in. The abobo chicken bowl was superb! Thanks for welcoming weary travellers. ?

Was there tonight to get a veggie bowl, first the server didn’t even knew that there were some meat cubes in corns thing. Even after explaining her she could not understand. Finally she called other team mate to finally understand what I was trying to explain her to about the meat in bowl. After requesting to make another bowl the server literally poured the water in black beans into our bowl with rice. I understand language barrier but service doesn’t need language. It’s common sense. You are serving beens, NOT water .
To avoid making the scene, I paid for the bowl to just put that in a garbage. Worst service ever. Will have to rethink about ever revisiting
I don’t understand what kind of rush the server (girl) was. The store had 30 min before close. May be she was waiting to talk to the buddy waiting for her.

Food was very cold, ice machine was out of ice, and when I let the dude with the pink nails and septum piercing know, he was pretty dismissive. Glad I don't get out that way very often. My only positive takeaway was the chips were near perfect.

This is probably one of the better locations as far as quality and employee politeness but for some reason my online orders are not often made before I arrive. I started going in after the estimated ready time and I still find myself notifying workers that I have an order that I’m waiting on. Everything else has been great here so far.
