I ordered a bowl of tortilla soup. They did not put but one ladel of soup in the bowl which just covered the chicken, when I asked for more soup they charged me $4 extra dollars. I ordered a bowl of soup not cup. I shouldn't have been charged extra.

This is one of my go tos for lunch! I can grab a small bite and drink for under $10, including a cup of seasonal soup, 1-2 tacos or a mini bowl! For under $20 any entree! The steak is pretty decent and the pulled pork and brisket are really good. I’ve never been disappointed with the chicken either! Lots of vegetarian options for meatless Monday and always freshly cooked! I live in the Queso and chips with a small side of salsa when the pockets are feeling empty! This store has really turned around over the last 6 months to a year!

The food was good and the restaurant was clean. 5 stars in that regard.My disappointment was, for both my first and second recent visits, in how unwelcoming the African American girl was while (not) greeting me and taking both my orders. Take the airpod out of your ear, make eye contact, smile, and speak to me in a way that doesn't make me feel like I'm inconveniencing you by supporting the business that hired you and pays you.The young man who worked the register was, however, polite.I would encourage this woman to serve others cheerfully; if you fake it long enough, you'll find it actually becomes genuine.

This place has been a disaster since Covid started. Apparently they’ve hired a new manger and the place is actually clean and operates like a restaurant. I was about ready to give up, glad this happened!

It's QDOBA, so the food is similar to every other location, which is good. Otherwise, the customer service is extremely poor, likely due to penny pinching management. Asked for extra queso for my nachos since the portion given was light, and was informed after it was added that it would be an extra charge. QDOBA's social media touts free queso and guacamole almost weekly, but this location doesn't abide by that philosophy. After asking if that policy had changed and stating that I wasn't interested in paying extra, the worker angrily threw the bowl in the garbage and remade another nacho bowl with the original small amount of queso again. If I return to QDOBA, it definitely won't be this location. Avoid.

Didn’t even want to give this place one star. Customer service was terrible. I ordered my food and two of the women behind the counter couldn’t speak English. The customer behind me had to tell them in Spanish what I ordered. The place was incredibly dirty. Seems they shouldn’t have an A rating….

I went to Q-Doba Summit Plaza 5/2/23 12:30pmThe lady serving the food was ok until she heard a foreign accent.These poor people are hard workers that deserve some respect and HELP. Please hire kind people. BTW Food was cold and not going back, of course.
