Today, I witness the manager be quite rude to a couple. She slammed the food on the counter, and very rude to them. The manager with long dark hair and glasses acted like she did not want to service the couple. Two ladies came in behind them and she spoke very kind to them. So , at this point I knew what the problem was with this woman. I will never go back there again. I will also will report this to corporate. She was not only rude to the customer of color, but she was even rude to her African American worker she would barely acknowledge her. She has no business dealing with people.

I had to tell the young lady at the cash register because she didn't want to even talk to her. I love qdoba but that lady doesn't even need to be a Manager and we had to reach out to corporate as well because for some reason she treated the other ladies nice. So I don't know if it was because we was African American or what. Not a good look for qdoba

I love qdoba but this past experience has me questioning whether I will return or not. I recently went in with my boyfriend and ordered a bowl. Before I even got to finish what I was going to say , I was immediately interrupted by the girl working, with a rude tone asking if I wanted beans, chicken, fajita peppers and queso. I haven’t even gotten to tell her what rice I wanted. She cut me off every single time I was about to say what I wanted. Felt extremely rush, she was throwing the toppings into the bowl and was very herky jerky. It seems as though , other customer have complained about feeling rushed as well, so this needs to be fixed. I also asked for sour cream and she squirted the sour cream for a whole five seconds. My bowl was DRENCHED with sour cream. Ridiculous! And when I went to checkout I told her I have a $2 dollar queso and chips. She went to get my queso and the total didn’t come out discounted , so I was GOING to say “did it take the discount off?” Once again, immediately cut off with a snarky tone “ it already took it off”. I am appalled by the amount of times I have been interrupted. I have never been to a qdoba that rushed like that. I was the only person in line so in what world did I need to be so rushed out the line for. And to make matters worse, my bowl was terrible! It was extremely cold and, as stated before, it was like eating sour cream soup. I couldn’t even finish it. My boyfriend couldn’t even finish his chips and queso half the chips were stale. Ridiculous. Whoever was on shift February 5 at about 7:30 PM … needs to be sat down and talked to. Absolutely ridiculous.

Employee had a rude attitude with customers and with her coworker. POS was down, so it was online ordering only. I can’t fault them for that, but they could explain that to the customers in a more kind way. I ordered the soup and ended up with a bowl of rice instead.

I stopped by the Blankenbaker location on the way home from work. Got my usual steak burrito. When I got home and began eating I found a bunch of long strains of hair in it. So disappointing and frustrating to spend $12 and have to throw it away. Too far to drive back.

Sorry to say that although I love Qdoba, this Qdoba did not dazzle me. Looks like they need more help. My food was cold and tasteless as a result. I ate it on the go because I was hungry but wouldn’t eat it again.

I do online order and pick up in store. I leave and return to work as a rush and of course I order queso no queso in bag just the chips and my bowl. tried to call go through the prompts in store unavailable to take my call. I'm so frustrated right now.
