I have been going to this location for years and years. Lately, the food has been sub par and service is lacking. They are out of things like queso, Pico is so chunky, chips are stale. I hope they get their stuff together because when it's good, it's great. The employees are not friendly at all.

The last couple times I have been here, it’s been a horrible experience. The lady putting our food together was just rude, same attitude as the last couple of times. Doesn’t smile, acts annoyed. The portion sizes are awful. Last week was my last time here. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting around all day. Burnt and hard. For the small scoop that I received.The guy taking money seemed new. He had a good attitude and smiled. He needed alittle help at the register and it was obvious she didn’t want to help. I won’t be back to this store.

They charged me extra for queso. I’ve been coming to this location for a year with no issues and the worker said she verified with her general manager that every other Qdoba is doing it wrong by not charging extra for queso. I will not be returning to this location.

Would give zero stars if at all possible. Have come here for food to-go multiple times before and the past few times have been less than average. The employees all have terrible attitudes and will make jokes towards you when it comes to ordering your food & then laugh when they have you repeat yourself . They act like their food is too special to not give you what you indeed are paying for. One scoop of everything on the line is not enough, especially when getting a bowl with no meat. Won't be back, don't even bother!

I stopped in to grab a burrito and decided to also get a bowl of loaded tortilla soup. I understand prices are on the rise everywhere but I don’t enjoy spending $30 after a long day and having to toss it. Taste was fine but the white rice in both the burrito and the soup caused me to have to throw it all away. I had already made it home and it was just too far to head back. This is literally the first review I have ever done and I hate having to do it.

The two black workers ARE SO RUDE!!!!! they did not have a welcoming atmosphere at all. Their attitude made my food unenjoyable I couldn’t even eat I was so sad!!!

Worst day at Qdoba today. The guy at the counter is illiterate and doesn’t have any decency towards customers from different nationalities. He makes himself doesn’t understand what we say and speaks very loud to the customers and coworkers.We wanted special things added to our orders and he said they don’t have it very impolitely. He even doesn’t ask the chef to cook more stuff, instead he scrapes what’s left in the container and added to the meal, it is like we’re going to eat leftovers.I feel very sorry for the people dealing with him everyday at the restaurant!

We came in to eat at 8 pm and was met with a rude young/teenage girl to take our order. We felt as if we were a burden to her night. The food was very sub par, and sloppy... our kids taco meal even only had a half of a shell, which we could've gotten fixed at the store, but we were informed that the lobby was closed and we had to take it to go, so we didn't know until we got home. Customer service is huge in this industry, so you may want to keep this in mind while doing your hiring. Having people like this as the face of your business can be detrimental to your image. Very dissatisfied family dinner.

This location used to be the best one in town. I really don't know what happened. The food was always fresh. Staff was friendly. It was kept clean and stock. Not anymore! I'm going to have to find a new location.

When I walked in there were two girls up front talking and they both walked off when I was walking towards the counter to order. One of them finally walked over and asked what I wanted and was extremely rude and was rushing me. I asked twice for queso and she insisted there was some on there. Of course there wasn't. The only thing she got right was the steak and rice. I'm not exaggerating at all. Then she had the audacity to ask for a tip. It was obvious she didn't want to be there and doesn't care about her job. She needs to be retrained or find a new job. This happened on 7/1/23 around 9:45 pm.

The WORST Qdoba! A couple teenagers standing around doing absolutely nothing, but they don’t have any salad shells or chips made. But they doing NOTHING when I walk in. Asked if I wanted to wait 30mins for them to fry those things. Qdoba paying them to do nothing.
