Went here for lunch today with a very cranky, hungry toddler. The man that made my bowl was a class act. My son has autism and can’t express his needs like others. He started crying/screaming and the employee handled it with grace. I ordered chips and he got them ready quickly so my son could have one while I paid. Which stopped the screaming. People like this employee make it so much easier for moms with their hands full. No judging looks. Just a smile and a solution. Even if it just seemed like something small, it made my day. I didn’t get his name but I think he had a necklace that says “breeze” or something. He deserves a raise!

It has been over two years since we have been to Qdoba because the workers just seemed so rough- it was run by all women and they didn't seem like they cared about anything. We were in the mood for a quesadilla so we decided to give them another try. We were pleasantly surprised tonight. We went around 7pm and both guys serving were great. We were happy with our food and enjoyed it. I didn't mind that it prompted a tip when we paid, if we get good service and the food is good, I am fine with a tip. We will be back.

They consistently forget our food and also charged me a whole TEN dollars for a cup of soup even when I explained to them multiple times I ordered a BOWL. I'm talking TEN dollars just plain hot liquid nothing else. Definitely the worst in Louisville in my opinion. Go to the one at the paddock shops not this one

I am shocked that the reviews are so low. Every time I go in here the staff is SO friendly & polite. They have huge smiles on their faces and are always enjoying each other's company. It puts a smile on my face seeing them enjoy themselves at work.

I'm not sure who was the manager tonight at the Louisville KY shelbyville rd (Middletown) location but... this middle aged blonde women who did not speak very much English was on the speaker phone (her phone was tucked in her shirt) with her friend whom I assume was driving on the highway with all the static which was all that could be heard from everyone especially since she kept asking me what I was ordering. No wonder she couldn't hear me. I normally don't mind if I see a worker with an earpiece in, but on a personal call with the speaker phone on talking to your friend while taking orders is most likely against policy, she needs to be FIRED. Please someone correct this women because everyone in the restaurant was bothered by this even her fellow workers were agreeing with us. Please do not let her ruin this restaurant and take advantage of the kindness of her fellow workers.
The service and the food was great. I also loved their portions.

I always love qdoba! On my way back from a LONG trip, I stopped in late at night with my friend for some grub. Jakuri gave me great suggestions for a quesadilla and Megan was so kind! These two are great representatives for their store and I hope y’all give them triple raises for the hard work they do! Thanks as always!Vegetarian options: So many delicious veggies and the best rice! I don’t usually eat meat, and I know when I come here they will hook me up with the vegg!

Very disappointed with Qdoba. My grandson goes every Friday after work to pick food up for all of us to eat. They cannot get the orders right. Two different locations and they mess the order up everytime. They are always missing a whole meal. He has to drive back and pick the food up. Chipotle will be our go to from now on. They ensure accuracy of the orders! How hard can it be to double check the order before handing it to a customer. I am going to contact the national number for Qdoba. Five times out of six, they have given us the wrong orders!!!!
