QDOBA Mexican Eats

Absolutely God awful service. I mean I asked if I could get hot sauce on the side and she rolled her eyes at me and huffed and puffed. Then barley filled my bowl up. The people here suck so go to a different one and get better service.

Not happy with this trip to Qdoba. The ladies in their barely filled up my bowl. A little aggravating. It's never been like that before so I don't know what the deal is. One tiny little scoop of chicken. I really couldn't get a good picture but hardly no chicken and I had to ask for more lettuce. The girl that was doing the chicken acted like she didn't want to be there. That just set the atmosphere for the rest of the workers. I won't go in the evenings anymore. But one good thing I did see was the guy in the back was cleaning everything and making it look nice.

We always make a point to stop at Qdoba whenever we’re in town, but this was our first time at this location—and it won’t be our last! Every bite was fresh and flavorful, even down to the crisp lettuce. 10/10 experience! I don’t usually write food reviews, but that’s how impressed I was.

Food was delicious. Black lady with red hair, hateful every time I come. Sad. Everyone else is sweet but she has a bad attitude.

My 3rd time here in 2 weeks, not ONE SINGLE TIME has my order been ready on time. Im talking 10-15 mins after the pickup window. Im currently standing in line so theyll actually make my darn order instead of getting EVERYONE in line before even starting the orders. Theres another 5 or so people waiting around impatiently for their to go order.

I have never been treated SO horrible in my life by Brook. She yelled at us and had a horrible attitude with her staff. The young girl at the cashier couldn't even tell me her name and was almost in tears when BROOKE SAID, MY NAME IS BROOK THANK YOU!!
I could have complained several times here lately for employees not wearing gloves and hats but chose not too!!
I will take my business elsewhere!!
Do not go here... customer service is awful!!!

I have never been treated so poorly. The manager Brooke yelled at customers and was treating employees horribility.
If that's the way management is at Qdoba then I won't go back!!

Really impressed with this location! Used to live in the area and this spot was always hit or miss. But now it’s probably the best in Louisville!

We go to this qdoba multiple times a week and they never miss. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff knows what they’re doing and are always friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough!
