QDOBA Mexican Eats

We go to this qdoba multiple times a week and they never miss. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff knows what they’re doing and are always friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I’m a weekly visitor to this location. The food is always great, the store always looks pretty clean, the service is great, and the employees are always friendly and do a great job. I always try to make it to this Qdoba specifically when I feel the need for a burrito. Thank you guys for being awesome.

Nothing like walking in tonight to grab dinner for the 3 of us @ 6pm and first I was told this is all the chicken that is ready you will have to wait 5 or so minutes for it to be cut, that’s fine no worries I’ll wait then to only get told 2 customers later we are now out of queso that will be another 30min wait for you after I was already waiting for the chicken to be cut. I thought about that time most places would be a little steady with business and keep main products like chicken and queso available.

I’ve been to this location several times. Every single time I am greeted with a smile and my order is made quick…even if there’s a line. I’ve never encountered a problem here! A few months ago, my brother, sister in law and myself were eating here. My sister in law made a comment about how nicely wrapped her burrito was and I agreed because mine wasn’t falling apart like it usually does from other Qdoba’s- LOL! We’ve been talking about those amazing burritos since. Last night, my brother and I stopped back in to grab a few burritos and we were taking them home to my sister in law. The same guy was rolling our burritos!!! Immediately we were so happy 🤣 I couldn’t wait to tell her that he was the one that made them!!! I mean come on, how many times have you visited a Qdoba, got a half a** wrapped burrito and have made it this far eating it and it’s not falling apart? It’s crazy impressive!! The guys name is Angelo and I highly recommend you request him to roll your burritos lol!!! He’s so nice and does a fantastic job!!! Thank you Angelo and thank you to the manager there who runs such a fine establishment! Yall rock!!!

The staff there seem to be the most unhappy crew I’ve ever had to deal with.
I asked for a taco salad without a shell. The guy grabbed the lettuce and smashed into the bowl. Then everything I asked to be put on it I got a very irritated vibe from the guy. Then once the salad was done he flung it across the counter for someone else to add the cheese and lid and walked off. There was other food items I was getting and had to tell someone else what else I wanted. When we got home the chips were the most stale chips ever.
The whole experience was very uncomfortable and will be the last time myself or anyone else in my household will ever consider qdoba ever again in the future.

Man everytime I walk in I don't care who it is they always do me good the employees are always chill they never skimp out and I love that as someone who eats here quite frequently especially if you have rewards this one of the more cheaper meals you can get plus I'm always full when I eat here

Sad establishment & a poor representation of Qdoba. I’m not saying qdoba is all that great by any means, but normally it’s quick and eatable. This location serves you dog kibble in a bowl and a small amount of it at that. Also if you pay with cash be very observant. They will try to short you on your change.

My family and I love Qdoba. Most locations are amazing, good atmosphere, friendly service, great food, however; I've experienced more issues at this location than all other locations put together. The staff at this location is rude, lazy and do not go above and beyond for their customers. Example: they close this location at 10pm. We showed up at 730pm and they were out of taco salad bowls (my fave). I asked if they could make me one seeing as it takes less than 2 mins.. just throw a tortilla into the fryer but they said they could not and that they'd be out of taco bowls for the rest of the night! On the exact same visit they were also out of guacamole. They refused to give me a discount off my order total because they were out of what I wanted to order. Then the cashier refused to give me a receipt because she didn't want me to complain. That's just one example of disappointment from this location, unfortunately there are many, many more. I go to other locations as much as possible but this one is the closest to my home so convenience plays a part. However, quality and customer service is much more important than convenience so I believe we'll start driving the extra 15 mins to visit a different location.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly most of the time. Staff does complain if parents allow children to make a mess and not clean it up (understandably)

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there are wheelchair access parking and ramp.

This is the 2nd time I’ve left and got all the way home and half my food was from someone else’s order. Will not be returning. How hard is it to read the orders name and not mix up food?
