Why offer online ordering if your just going to wait until the patron gets there, then help everyone in line before even beginning to start preparing the online order? I thought ordering ahead was supposed to speed up the process. Instead I've watched people come in and go through the line and leave before it seems as though my food was even a thought

7/13/22 - The food overall was pretty good. It seems like they've changed a few things since the last time I visited. The steak had hardly any flavor and my wife said the same about the chicken. The queso was way different than previous and the chips tasted a bit off. Not the same quality I'm used to from Qdoba. Also, there are no longer straws available. The design and shape of the lid is awful, I ended up taking it off so I could drink my soda. Was 4 stars, now I've knocked it down to three. I'll be back, hopefully today was just a fluke with the food.The service was pretty quick and the employees were pleasant.

Ordered online for pickup but they didnt make it until I showed up at the pick up time. They take care of people waiting in line first before online orders. I ordered a burrito but got a big dump instead.
Clean the restrooms. It kinda ruins your appetite when the restrooms are nasty. Tables were nasty I had to wipe it off. Staff could be more inviting. But def the restrooms. Nasty toilets are not the first thing you wanna see or smell before
