We arrived about 20 minutes before the restaurant was said to close. Upon entering we, in quite a rude, unpleasant tone, were greeted by being informed that they were closed, and everything was already put away. Although I was disappointed and a bit confused, I didn't question the hurry dismissal I just assumed that maybe the disgruntled employee had a bad day and maybe a few tough customers. Nevertheless I enjoy eating at Qdoba so a few days later me and my family decided to return to this location to give it another try. The same employee served us with the same attitude she had a few nights before. I get the same thing every time I go to Qdoba and this time was very disappointed and the way that it was cooked and the way it tasted. The steak was burnt and very hard to chew and the chicken tasted like it may have been bad I actually picked all the chicken out and wouldn't eat it because I thought it would make me and my daughter sick. When I tried to address the issues with the employee she responded in a very ill mannered so I just left it alone. Sad because I love Qdoba but thankfully not every one is the same.

I order a Uber eats order around 11:22 I get my order an my food was poorly pack an didn’t give me the amount of Diablo queso that is supposed to be given, and gave me less than a scoop of chips waste of my money I work at qdoba out fern creek an we would never send well I would never send a customer less of a order what they paid for very disappointing I had to order a online order to speedway to get me some dang chips smh

This is by far the dirtiest Qdoba I have ever walked into. I understand it's hard to find help today, but the staff that is working clearly are not worried about cleanliness. I nearly walked back out it was that bad. You stuck to the floors when you walked on them. Pure dirt collected on the cabinets and surfaces by the drink machines. Drips all down the front counter, grill was not clean, and the work surfaces where food was prepared were barely clean. I watched with a very close eye while my food was being boxed to go. Someone higher up really needs to step in and help this location.1 manager throwing chips in the fryer for nearly 10 minutes and one poor girl taking orders and fixing, she had to call 4 times to get someone to come help her as the line grew behind me. I felt bad for her. Just seemed like no one cared.After getting our food, clearly, it's been sitting a long time and tasted awful.Most of the reviews before mine are just as bad, so it appears nothing has changed, and no one cares enough to make a change. I will not be back.

Food and services was fine. Had music on with profanity. Not appropriate for all ages of my group. Qdoba and manager should not allow that especially during the middle of the afternoon.

Beans and cheese are cold. Onions and jalapeños are not pickled at all as stated online. Corn that’s supposed to be in salsa is straight from a can. And there’s no guacamole which I paid for. Never again ??

We ordered a burrito, a bowl, chips and queso which ALL arrived cold. The burrito was okay as it had all the chosen ingredients. The bowl, however, was seriously lacking. I ordered the Surf and Turf bowl, expecting the promised shrimp and steak. What I received was a VERY small bowl with mixed rice (I asked for only brown rice) and literally 2 pieces of steak. Literally zero shrimp. We also DID NOT receive chips and cutlery. I understand that the employees are probably understaffed and underpaid but it just sucks lol.

Tried to order thru DoorDash and they kept telling every dasher that the order had been picked up when it hadn’t. Wouldn’t answer their phone. Didn’t want to make my order for whatever reason.

i will say i will never order thru door dash ! JUST IN PERSON ! Just so i know they Im getting my moneys worth !!!! I order a bowl and was sent to me with Barely anything in it & a bag a STALE chips & it wasn’t even a full bag ! Unacceptable no matter how late at night it is DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY

I went in there today February 15th and ordered a kids meal and I was told I couldn't get the drink or chips that came with the meal because I didn't have a kid with me so it had to be a mini bowl the manager told me this and Antwan who is a worker there also said the same thing I wanna know when you have to have a kid with you to order a kids meal I have two grandchildren that I order food for all the time at different restaurants and I'm never told I have to have my grandbabies with me when I order! Also I have reported that same manager before because everytime I go to this Qdoba she has something nasty to say to me or about what I order she needs to be fired and so does her side kick Antwan!!! Thanks from a loyal customer! PS THIS IS THE QDOBA ON 3RD STREET THE UOFL LOCATION!!!!!

I ordered through Doordash which i dont order through delivery services EVER when i received the order it was wrong! I ordered two items A steak bowl and a vegetarian bowl I received the steak bowl with everything in it. The vegetarian was the same as the steak bowl with no meat they sent me a bowl with chicken and rice only then I called the store to ask them what to do and how to do it, and the person answering the phone wouldn’t give me their name and then she screaming and hollering over the phone. I don’t even know how to use DoorDash to request a refund and I’m asking the girl why she’s yelling and screaming and then she hangs up. if I could post the recording of the cameras from my house, I’ll show proof of her hollering over the phone @ 8:45pm. It wont let me add a picture

Went on Sunday night Jan 21 and was immediately taken back about how dirty the place was. The food prep area was a complete mess and tables hadn't been cleaned. There was one guy taking orders and the other two guys were facing away cutting the chicken. There was 6 of us in line. There was also some lady yelling and cussing somewhere in the back. It was a bad look and my friend and I didn't want to risk it as the food didn't look appetizing and we were questioning the cleanliness.Fast forward to Wednesday Jan 21 and I thought I would give it another shot. The same employees were not there and the place was much cleaner. However the biggest let down was the Pico as it was soupy and almost like a gelatin. I know times are tough to get good help but wow they need to do better.

Missing half ingredients I order in my bowl. I had an online pick up order on 1/9/24 around 8:50 and nobody said anything when I asked if the bag of food was my order.
